Honest success expectations
Battery replacement itself is nearly 100 percent successful - the pack either works or we swap it. What varies is how long it lasts. A-grade packs with genuine cells routinely give 2-3 years of good service. Cheap unbranded packs sometimes die in 6 months and we refuse to fit them for that reason. If you bring a cheap online pack and insist we install it, we fit it and warranty only our labour - we will not lie about longevity to make the sale.
What we cannot fix

How do I know if my battery actually needs replacing?

Are original batteries much better than replicas?
