If you're traveling in from Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other Pakistani city, planning ahead means we'll have the specific ThinkPads, MacBooks or Dell Latitudes you're considering pulled out, powered on, and waiting on the bench the moment you arrive. Pick a date in the next 14 days, choose a 30-minute slot, build a shortlist of up to five laptops, and we'll WhatsApp you a confirmation with the reference number, the exact address, parking advice tailored to how you're arriving, and a Google Calendar event so the visit drops straight into your schedule. Sayam will personally WhatsApp you about an hour before your slot to confirm — please reply so we know you're on the way and can keep the laptops staged. Can I just walk in without planning a visit?
Absolutely — Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM, no appointment needed. We built the Visit Planner mainly for out-of-city buyers traveling from Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and other cities who want to be sure the laptops they're interested in will be staged on the bench when they arrive. Lahore walk-ins are completely welcome — but planning ahead means we can have the specific ThinkPad, MacBook or Dell you're eyeing pulled out, powered on, and ready for a hands-on inspection the moment you walk through the door.
Will the laptops on my shortlist definitely be available when I arrive?
Yes — once you confirm a visit with a shortlist, we mark those units as reserved on the floor inventory and they will not be sold to a walk-in customer between booking and your arrival time. We hold the reservation until 30 minutes after your slot. If you're running late, WhatsApp us at 0314 4000131 and we'll extend the hold. If a laptop on your shortlist gets sold by mistake (very rare — usually a different staff member not seeing the reservation), we'll WhatsApp you before you set off so you can adjust the list.
Can I modify or cancel my visit after booking?
Yes — the confirmation card has 'Modify booking' and 'Cancel booking' links that open WhatsApp pre-filled with your reference number. Sayam or the shop manager replies within shop hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 10 PM). You can also reschedule on the spot if you arrive and want to re-do the visit on a different day. No cancellation fee — we'd much rather know ahead so the bench time can go to another customer.
What if I'm running late?
The slot is held for 30 minutes after the booked time as a buffer. Beyond that we may need to attend to walk-in customers, but the shortlist remains reserved — just WhatsApp 0314 4000131 to let us know your new ETA and we'll pull everything out again when you're closer. Lahore traffic, late flights from Karachi and motorway delays from Islamabad are all normal — we'd much rather you arrive a little late than rush.
What's the parking situation at Hafeez Center?
Hafeez Center has paid basement parking (Rs. 100–200 for a typical visit). On weekends and evenings the main Gulberg III entrance can be congested — the Liberty Roundabout side and the MM Alam Road side entries are usually faster. For Careem / inDrive / rickshaw drop-off, ask to be dropped at 'Hafeez Center, Gulberg III main entrance'. The 3rd floor is reachable via elevators on the right side of the lobby or by escalator from the ground floor.
Where exactly are you in Hafeez Center?
Shop 66A, 3rd Floor. From the elevators, turn right and walk toward the back of the floor — we're past the row of phone-accessory shops. Look for the NN Laptops blue sign above the doorway. The shop has a small testing counter, stock cabinets behind glass, and a working repair bench at the back. If you get lost, WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with a photo of where you are and we'll guide you on the spot or come meet you at the elevator.
