1. The 15-day check warranty in plain English
Every used laptop, laptop part, and accessory sold by N.N Laptops carries a 15-day check warranty starting the day you take delivery (Lahore walk-in) or sign for the package (any other city in Pakistan). Within those 15 days, if the unit develops a fault that we cover, you can:
- Send it back for a full refund — your money returned via the payment method you used
- Exchange it for a different model in our catalog at no fee
- Have it repaired free of cost at our shop, with the same 15-day warranty re-starting from the repair date
Your choice — not ours.
2. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers any defect that existed at delivery but was not disclosed, or that develops within 15 days of delivery through no fault of yours:
- Logic-board failure, won't power on, random shutdowns, BSOD/kernel panics
- Screen failure — dead pixels you didn't see at delivery, backlight failure, vertical lines, ghosting
- Keyboard failure — sticky keys, dead keys, backlight not working when listed as backlit
- Battery health significantly below what we claimed (e.g. we said 80%+ but it tests at 60%)
- Trackpad, USB, HDMI, audio jack, webcam, SD card slot not working
- WiFi/Bluetooth/Ethernet not connecting
- Hinge looseness or chassis cracks not shown in the listing photos
- Charger not working, charger port loose, won't hold charge
- Cosmetic damage worse than the condition grade we stated on the listing
3. What the warranty does NOT cover
- Physical damage caused after delivery — drops, dents, cracked screens from impacts
- Liquid damage caused after delivery — water spills, rain, humidity damage
- Software issues caused by you — OS reinstalls, virus infections, driver conflicts, deleted system files
- Damage from voltage surges — Pakistani mains power is unstable; we strongly recommend a UPS or surge protector
- Third-party parts installed yourself — if you replaced the RAM/SSD/battery with something not bought from us, any related fault is excluded
- Buyer's remorse — you simply changed your mind. We will accept an exchange in this case but not a full refund.
- Cosmetic wear that we already photographed in the listing
- Custom-sourced laptops — units we ordered specifically for you that are outside our regular catalog (exchange-only, no refund)
4. Your right to refuse delivery (Cash on Delivery)
This is the most important sentence on this page: refusing a delivery is your absolute right and you pay zero rupees if you refuse.
The standard 5–10 minute COD inspection window exists for exactly this reason. When the TCS or Leopards courier arrives at your address, you can:
- Open the package in front of them
- Power the laptop on
- Test the screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports
- Check the cosmetic condition against the listing photos
- Verify the spec matches what you ordered
If anything is wrong — the laptop doesn't power on, the screen has dead pixels, the keys are sticky, the battery doesn't show the percentage we claimed, the cosmetic condition is worse than the photos, or the unit just isn't what you expected — tell the courier "I'm refusing delivery", hand the parcel back, and walk away. You owe nothing. The courier returns the laptop to us at our expense.
Our historical COD refusal rate is under 1.5% (around 120 of our 8,000+ COD shipments since 2017). We treat every refusal as feedback and improve our process.
5. How to actually start a return
- Document the defect — take 2-3 photos and a 15-second video showing the issue.
- WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your order ID, the photos/video, and a one-line description.
- We send the return waybill within 30 minutes during shop hours. It's a TCS or Leopards label paid by us.
- Drop at any courier branch in your city. You pay nothing at the counter.
- We verify + refund/replace within 24-48 hours of arrival in Lahore.
Total round-trip time from your city to your refund/replacement: 4-7 working days for Lahore/Islamabad/Faisalabad/Rawalpindi, 5-10 working days for Karachi/Multan/Peshawar/Quetta/Hyderabad, 7-14 working days for remote areas (Skardu, Gilgit, AJK).
6. Refund methods + timing
- Bank Transfer — 1–2 working days after verification. Refunds go to the bank account that paid, or any account you specify in writing on WhatsApp.
- JazzCash — within hours of verification, sent to the number registered with your JazzCash account.
- EasyPaisa — within hours, same as JazzCash.
- Cash — collect from our Lahore shop the same day, OR we pay TCS to deliver the cash to you (you sign a return receipt, courier hands you the money). Cash refunds outside Lahore typically take 2-4 working days.
7. Parts and accessories
Every laptop part (keyboard, screen, battery, charger, RAM, SSD, motherboard, hinge, fan, speaker, daughter board) and every accessory (bag, hub, stand, mouse, cooling pad, external SSD/HDD, webcam, microphone) sold by N.N Laptops carries the same 15-day check warranty as a full laptop. New branded parts (Samsung SSDs, Crucial / Kingston RAM, original Dell / HP / Lenovo chargers, Anker accessories, Logitech mice, etc.) additionally carry their original manufacturer warranty (1–5 years depending on brand) which we register on your behalf at no extra cost. Keep your receipt.
8. Repair-service returns
For repair work done at our shop (screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repair, liquid-damage recovery, etc.), the same 15-day check warranty applies to the repair work specifically. If the same fault recurs within 15 days of the repair, courier the laptop back free of cost and we re-repair or refund the repair fee. We cannot warrant the rest of the laptop beyond the part we worked on — the original used-laptop warranty (if any) is unaffected.
9. Buy-back and trade-in (after 15 days)
After the 15-day warranty window expires, the laptop is no longer eligible for a refund. However, we still buy back used laptops at any time. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the laptop model, your purchase date, condition, and battery health — we quote within 30 minutes. Trade-in: bring your old laptop, take a new one, pay only the difference. We accept trade-ins from any city in Pakistan via the same TCS/Leopards process.
10. Disputes
If you ever feel we're not honouring this policy as written, escalate to the owner directly: Sayam Nawaz, +92 314 4000131, in person at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. Our reputation is built on customer trust — we will not let a refund or return become a fight. If after that you still aren't satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Pakistan Consumer Protection Council in your province (every province has one).
11. Updates to this policy
We update this page when our terms genuinely change — usually once or twice a year. The version live on this page always supersedes prior versions. Last reviewed: March 2026.
