Every laptop, part, and accessory ships with our 15-day check warranty. Within 15 days of delivery, if the unit develops a covered fault, we cover the return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund — your choice. This page lays out the full terms in plain English.

1. The 15-day check warranty in plain English

Every used laptop, laptop part, and accessory sold by N.N Laptops carries a 15-day check warranty starting the day you take delivery (Lahore walk-in) or sign for the package (any other city in Pakistan). Within those 15 days, if the unit develops a fault that we cover, you can:

  • Send it back for a full refund — your money returned via the payment method you used
  • Exchange it for a different model in our catalog at no fee
  • Have it repaired free of cost at our shop, with the same 15-day warranty re-starting from the repair date

Your choice — not ours.

2. What the warranty covers

The warranty covers any defect that existed at delivery but was not disclosed, or that develops within 15 days of delivery through no fault of yours:

  • Logic-board failure, won't power on, random shutdowns, BSOD/kernel panics
  • Screen failure — dead pixels you didn't see at delivery, backlight failure, vertical lines, ghosting
  • Keyboard failure — sticky keys, dead keys, backlight not working when listed as backlit
  • Battery health significantly below what we claimed (e.g. we said 80%+ but it tests at 60%)
  • Trackpad, USB, HDMI, audio jack, webcam, SD card slot not working
  • WiFi/Bluetooth/Ethernet not connecting
  • Hinge looseness or chassis cracks not shown in the listing photos
  • Charger not working, charger port loose, won't hold charge
  • Cosmetic damage worse than the condition grade we stated on the listing

3. What the warranty does NOT cover

  • Physical damage caused after delivery — drops, dents, cracked screens from impacts
  • Liquid damage caused after delivery — water spills, rain, humidity damage
  • Software issues caused by you — OS reinstalls, virus infections, driver conflicts, deleted system files
  • Damage from voltage surges — Pakistani mains power is unstable; we strongly recommend a UPS or surge protector
  • Third-party parts installed yourself — if you replaced the RAM/SSD/battery with something not bought from us, any related fault is excluded
  • Buyer's remorse — you simply changed your mind. We will accept an exchange in this case but not a full refund.
  • Cosmetic wear that we already photographed in the listing
  • Custom-sourced laptops — units we ordered specifically for you that are outside our regular catalog (exchange-only, no refund)

4. Your right to refuse delivery (Cash on Delivery)

This is the most important sentence on this page: refusing a delivery is your absolute right and you pay zero rupees if you refuse.

The standard 5–10 minute COD inspection window exists for exactly this reason. When the TCS or Leopards courier arrives at your address, you can:

  • Open the package in front of them
  • Power the laptop on
  • Test the screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports
  • Check the cosmetic condition against the listing photos
  • Verify the spec matches what you ordered

If anything is wrong — the laptop doesn't power on, the screen has dead pixels, the keys are sticky, the battery doesn't show the percentage we claimed, the cosmetic condition is worse than the photos, or the unit just isn't what you expected — tell the courier "I'm refusing delivery", hand the parcel back, and walk away. You owe nothing. The courier returns the laptop to us at our expense.

Our historical COD refusal rate is under 1.5% (around 120 of our 8,000+ COD shipments since 2017). We treat every refusal as feedback and improve our process.

5. How to actually start a return

  1. Document the defect — take 2-3 photos and a 15-second video showing the issue.
  2. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your order ID, the photos/video, and a one-line description.
  3. We send the return waybill within 30 minutes during shop hours. It's a TCS or Leopards label paid by us.
  4. Drop at any courier branch in your city. You pay nothing at the counter.
  5. We verify + refund/replace within 24-48 hours of arrival in Lahore.

Total round-trip time from your city to your refund/replacement: 4-7 working days for Lahore/Islamabad/Faisalabad/Rawalpindi, 5-10 working days for Karachi/Multan/Peshawar/Quetta/Hyderabad, 7-14 working days for remote areas (Skardu, Gilgit, AJK).

6. Refund methods + timing

  • Bank Transfer — 1–2 working days after verification. Refunds go to the bank account that paid, or any account you specify in writing on WhatsApp.
  • JazzCash — within hours of verification, sent to the number registered with your JazzCash account.
  • EasyPaisa — within hours, same as JazzCash.
  • Cash — collect from our Lahore shop the same day, OR we pay TCS to deliver the cash to you (you sign a return receipt, courier hands you the money). Cash refunds outside Lahore typically take 2-4 working days.

7. Parts and accessories

Every laptop part (keyboard, screen, battery, charger, RAM, SSD, motherboard, hinge, fan, speaker, daughter board) and every accessory (bag, hub, stand, mouse, cooling pad, external SSD/HDD, webcam, microphone) sold by N.N Laptops carries the same 15-day check warranty as a full laptop. New branded parts (Samsung SSDs, Crucial / Kingston RAM, original Dell / HP / Lenovo chargers, Anker accessories, Logitech mice, etc.) additionally carry their original manufacturer warranty (1–5 years depending on brand) which we register on your behalf at no extra cost. Keep your receipt.

8. Repair-service returns

For repair work done at our shop (screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repair, liquid-damage recovery, etc.), the same 15-day check warranty applies to the repair work specifically. If the same fault recurs within 15 days of the repair, courier the laptop back free of cost and we re-repair or refund the repair fee. We cannot warrant the rest of the laptop beyond the part we worked on — the original used-laptop warranty (if any) is unaffected.

9. Buy-back and trade-in (after 15 days)

After the 15-day warranty window expires, the laptop is no longer eligible for a refund. However, we still buy back used laptops at any time. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the laptop model, your purchase date, condition, and battery health — we quote within 30 minutes. Trade-in: bring your old laptop, take a new one, pay only the difference. We accept trade-ins from any city in Pakistan via the same TCS/Leopards process.

10. Disputes

If you ever feel we're not honouring this policy as written, escalate to the owner directly: Sayam Nawaz, +92 314 4000131, in person at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. Our reputation is built on customer trust — we will not let a refund or return become a fight. If after that you still aren't satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Pakistan Consumer Protection Council in your province (every province has one).

We update this page when our terms genuinely change — usually once or twice a year. The version live on this page always supersedes prior versions. Last reviewed: March 2026.

How to return a laptop to N.N Laptops

Five steps from spotting a defect to having your refund in hand or a replacement on the way.

    Document the defect

    Take 2-3 photos and a 15-second video showing the issue. Power-on failure, screen fault, keyboard problem, anything cosmetic that wasn't in our listing photos — all need a quick visual record. This protects both of us.

    Message us on WhatsApp

    Send everything to 0314 4000131: your order ID (in your purchase WhatsApp thread), the photos/video, and a one-line description. We reply within 30 minutes during shop hours (10 AM – 10 PM, Mon-Sat).

  3. 3
    We send the return waybill

    Within 30 minutes we email or WhatsApp you a TCS or Leopards return waybill — printed shipping label paid by us. Print it, tape it on a box (any box, doesn't have to be the original), put the laptop in with the charger and accessories.

    Drop at any courier office

    Take the package to any TCS or Leopards branch in your city — they'll scan it and put it on the next truck to Lahore. Most cities have 5+ branches. You don't pay anything at the counter.

    We verify + refund or replace

    The package reaches our Hafeez Center shop in 1-3 working days. We verify the defect within 24 hours. Then we either repair and ship back, replace with an equivalent unit, or refund via your chosen method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Cash). Total round-trip is usually 4-7 working days.

What is the 15-day check warranty exactly?+

Every used laptop ships with a 15-day check warranty starting from the date you take delivery. Within those 15 days, if the unit develops any covered fault (logic-board failure, screen failure, dead pixels you didn't see at delivery, keyboard failure, battery health far below what we claimed, WiFi/Bluetooth not working, undisclosed cosmetic damage) you courier it back to our Lahore shop and we cover the return shipping. We then either repair the laptop free of cost, replace it with an equivalent or better unit, or refund you in full — your choice.

Can I refuse a delivery if I'm not happy at the door?+

Yes — refusing delivery is your absolute right under our Cash on Delivery process and you do not pay a single rupee if you refuse. The standard 5-10 minute COD inspection window is for exactly this purpose: power the laptop on, check the screen, test the keyboard, plug a USB into each port, look at the cosmetic condition. If the laptop doesn't match the listing photos, doesn't power on, has a defect we didn't disclose, or simply isn't what you expected — tell the courier you're refusing, hand the parcel back, and walk away. The courier returns it to us at our cost, not yours.

What does the warranty NOT cover?+

The 15-day check warranty does not cover: (1) physical damage caused after delivery — drops, dents, cracks, screen smashes; (2) liquid damage caused after delivery — spills, rain, humidity; (3) software issues caused by you — OS reinstalls, virus infections, driver conflicts; (4) accessories not bought from us — third-party chargers, batteries, RAM sticks installed yourself; (5) damage from voltage surges or unstable Pakistani mains power (we recommend a UPS or surge protector); (6) cosmetic wear we already disclosed in the listing photos. Buyer's remorse (you simply changed your mind) is not a covered ground for return — but we do offer trade-in toward another laptop at any time.

How long does a refund actually take?+

Once we receive the returned laptop in Lahore and verify the defect (within 24-48 hours of arrival), refunds are processed the same business day. Bank Transfer refunds reach you in 1-2 working days, JazzCash and EasyPaisa refunds within hours, and Cash refunds are available immediately if you can collect from our shop or via a courier-delivered cash-on-delivery reversal (we pay the courier to bring you the cash, you give them back the empty return receipt). Replacement laptops dispatch the same day a refund would have been processed.

Do I pay for shipping when I send a laptop back?+

If the laptop has a defect covered by our 15-day warranty — no, we cover the return shipping in full. Send us a WhatsApp message at 0314 4000131 with the issue and a short video showing the fault; we email you a TCS or Leopards waybill paid by us, you drop the package at any TCS / Leopards office. If you're returning for a non-warranty reason (buyer's remorse, exchange for a different model, etc.) you pay the return courier yourself — usually Rs. 250-700 depending on your city.

What if I bought a laptop part or accessory — does the same policy apply?+

Yes. Every laptop part (keyboard, screen, battery, charger, RAM, SSD) and every accessory (bag, hub, stand, mouse, cooling pad) carries the same 15-day check warranty. If the part doesn't fit your laptop, doesn't work on arrival, or fails within 15 days, we replace or refund. New parts from major brands (Samsung SSDs, Crucial RAM, Kingston, Logitech etc.) additionally carry their original manufacturer warranty (1-5 years depending on brand) which we register on your behalf at no extra cost.

Are there any items I cannot return?+

Three categories cannot be returned for refund: (1) custom-ordered units we sourced specifically for you from outside our regular catalog (we'll exchange but not refund); (2) software licences or activation codes once redeemed; (3) consumables already opened — thermal paste tubes, cleaning kits, screen protectors that have been applied. Everything else on our catalog — laptops, parts, accessories — falls under the standard 15-day return policy.

Can I exchange instead of refunding?+

Yes, and we encourage it — exchanges keep more value with you. Within the 15-day window you can swap your laptop for any other unit in our catalog. If the new unit is more expensive, pay the difference; if it's cheaper, we refund the difference. Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of us receiving the returned laptop. There's no exchange fee. After 15 days, we offer trade-in instead — we buy back your laptop at the current market rate and credit it against any new purchase.
