The 1.5% invoice surcharge in the quote covers preparation of the invoice + filing on FBR's IRIS portal under your tax period. Most of our institutional buyers (private schools, clinics, software houses, NGOs) reclaim the full 18% GST through their normal input-tax filing, so the net cost ends up matching the cash-sale price after their next quarterly return.

For bulk orders we accept cross cheques drawn on Meezan / HBL / UBL / Bank Alfalah / MCB / Bank Islami, direct bank transfer (we share the N.N Laptop Traderz current account details on invoice issue), JazzCash and EasyPaisa for smaller advances, and cash at our Hafeez Center counter for buyers picking up locally. Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad and other cities take 2 to 4 working days via TCS or Leopards Courier, shipped in shock-proof outer cartons with full transit insurance. We dispatch tracking numbers on the same WhatsApp thread you used to confirm the order, so your office reception always knows when to expect the consignment.

For a 50-unit order off the standard catalog (same model, same configuration), expect 7 to 14 working days from the day the advance clears. The first 3-4 days are sourcing — we work with our network of imported-stock suppliers across Hafeez Center and Defence Plaza to consolidate the matching batch. The next 2-3 days are workshop testing — every unit gets the standard 23-point quality check (battery report, RAM stress, SSD health, all ports, keyboard, webcam, Wi-Fi). Then we package, label per your asset-tagging spec if you sent one, and dispatch in a single shipment. For configurations needing RAM or SSD upgrades, add 3-5 days for the upgrade pass.
