Check the bottom of your laptop for the exact model (e.g. "Dell Latitude 7490") or the FRU / part number printed under the keyboard if you can flip the unit open. WhatsApp the model + part number to 0314 4000131 and we confirm the exact keyboard SKU within an hour. Layout matters: US (most common in Pakistan), UK (has £ key), German (QWERTZ), Arabic — pick US unless you specifically need the others.
Both options are available — the listing makes it clear. Original (OEM) screens are pulled from the same Pakistani used-laptop market, tested for dead pixels and uneven backlight. Aftermarket screens are new compatible panels (typically Boe, AUO, LG Display, Innolux) at 30–40% lower cost. For business laptops (Latitude, ThinkPad), original is recommended. For gaming laptops with 144 Hz / 165 Hz / 240 Hz panels, original is essential — aftermarket high-refresh panels often have colour issues.
RAM and 2.5" SATA SSDs are simple — one screwdriver, one YouTube video, 10 minutes. NVMe SSDs are similarly easy. Keyboards on most business laptops require 8–15 screws and 30–45 minutes — doable if you're careful. Screens require removing the bezel (clips break easily) and disconnecting the LVDS / eDP cable — pay us Rs. 1,500–2,500 labour for this. Motherboards and DC jacks always need professional work — Rs. 3,500+ labour at the shop.
Yes. Used parts carry a 7-day check warranty; new or aftermarket parts carry a 30-day warranty (a full laptop gets the 15-day check warranty). If a part fails on arrival or within that window, courier it back and we replace or refund. New branded parts (RAM, NVMe SSDs, batteries) also carry the manufacturer warranty (Crucial 5 years, Samsung 5 years, Kingston 3 years) — we register your purchase under the brand's warranty portal at no extra cost on request.
Same-day in Lahore via courier or in-person pickup. Next day to Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Faisalabad if confirmed before 5 PM. 2–4 working days to Karachi / Multan / Peshawar / Quetta via TCS or Leopards. Small parts (RAM, SSD) ship in a padded envelope; larger parts (screens, motherboards) in a triple-layer box. All shipments are insured up to the part's value.
Aftermarket batteries from reputable cell manufacturers (BTI, NewerTech, Replacement Batteries, OEM-equivalent) are completely safe — they pass the same UL/CE certifications as originals. We test every battery for swelling, charging cycle, and discharge curve before shipping. Avoid cheap unbranded batteries from Daraz / OLX — many use degraded Chinese cells that swell within 6 months and can crack laptop chassis. Our aftermarket batteries start at Rs. 4,500 (business laptops) and Rs. 9,500 (MacBooks).

Five steps from identifying your laptop's exact part number to safely installing the replacement.
Check the sticker on the bottom of the laptop — you need the full model number (e.g. "Dell Latitude 7490") and the service tag / serial number. Some parts (keyboards, screens, motherboards) are specific to a sub-revision or region (US / UK / Arabic layout). Take a photo of both stickers and have it ready.
Keyboard not working = keyboard. Spilt liquid = keyboard + maybe palmrest + maybe motherboard. Cracked screen = screen + sometimes bezel. Battery doesn't hold charge = battery. Won't power on at all = charger first (test with a multimeter), then DC jack, then motherboard. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with a description and we diagnose.
Send us the model + photos of the failed part. We match to either an OEM pull or a compatible new part. Aftermarket = cheaper, often equivalent. OEM = original, higher cost. We tell you both options + prices, settle the order with you on WhatsApp, and ship to your city in 1–4 days via TCS / Leopards.
RAM, NVMe SSD = DIY (10 minutes, one screwdriver). 2.5" SSD swap = DIY (15 minutes). Keyboard = doable DIY for confident folks (8–15 screws, watch a YouTube teardown first). Screen, DC jack, motherboard = bring it to us or any Hafeez Center repair shop. Labour at us = Rs. 1,500–3,500 depending on part.
Run the laptop hard within the warranty window: stress-test the new RAM with MemTest, run benchmarks on the new SSD, type a full document on the new keyboard. If anything's off, courier the part back — we replace or refund. After day 15, only manufacturer warranty (RAM, SSD) applies.
