Our commitment
We want every customer — including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, screen magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to browse our laptops, read a product page, and place an order. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the site. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished project: we are not formally certified, and we keep testing and fixing as we go. If something gets in your way, please tell us (see Reporting a problem below) and we will treat it as a priority.
What we have done
Concrete accessibility work already built into the site includes:
- A keyboard-accessible main navigation, plus a visible “skip to content” link that appears when you press Tab so keyboard users can jump straight past the header.
- Semantic landmarks and a logical heading order (one main heading per page, properly nested sub-headings) so screen readers can map and announce each page.
- Visible focus outlines on links, buttons, and form fields, so you can always see where keyboard focus is.
- Descriptive alt text on product images, and text labels (not colour alone) on stock, warranty, and price information.
- A contrast-aware colour palette chosen so body text and interactive elements stay readable against their backgrounds.
- Respect for your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting — animations are scaled back automatically when you have that preference enabled.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we still fall short. Some third-party embeds — for example the Google Maps panel on our Contact page — are controlled by external providers and may not be fully accessible to every assistive technology. Where an embed is hard to use, the same information (our address, phone, and hours) is always available as plain text on the page. We are working to improve these areas and will update this statement as we do.
Reporting a problem
If you hit any barrier on this site — a control you cannot reach with the keyboard, an image without a useful description, text that is hard to read, or anything else — please let us know and we will help you directly and fix the underlying issue:
- WhatsApp (fastest): 0314 4000131 — message us the page and what went wrong, and we will respond and assist.
- Email: Info.n.n.laptop@gmail.com
- In person: Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 10 PM.
Tell us what you needed to do and we will make sure you can complete your purchase one way or another — by phone, on WhatsApp, or in the shop — while we correct the page itself.
How we keep improving
We review accessibility whenever we ship new pages or features, and we fold the issues customers report back into our build checks. As our process matures we will expand this statement with the specific areas we have audited. Last reviewed: June 2026.
