About N.N Laptops
Who we are, where we are, and what we actually do.
Who exactly is N.N Laptops?
N.N Laptops (legal name N.N Laptop Traderz) is a used-laptop retail, repair, and buy-back business based in Hafeez Center, Lahore. We've been operating from the same shop in Gulberg III since 2017. The business is run by a small in-house team of 6–8 people: 2 testing technicians who run the 23-point quality check on every laptop, 2 senior repair engineers who handle board-level work, plus sales, packing, and customer support staff. We are not a marketplace, not a drop-shipper, and not a reseller of someone else's stock — every laptop we list is physically in our shop, has been tested by us, and ships directly from this single address. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 to verify.
Where is the N.N Laptops shop physically located?
Our only physical shop is Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — Pakistan's largest IT market. The plus code is JFP6+8Q Lahore. We're open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM, closed Sunday. Free parking is available on the Hafeez Center ramp on the Liberty Market side. The shop is on the third floor — take the central staircase or either lift and look for the N.N Laptops sign. We don't operate any other branches, kiosks, or warehouse outlets — anyone in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or elsewhere claiming to be an N.N Laptops branch is not us. Walk in any day or WhatsApp 0314 4000131 first to confirm stock.
When was N.N Laptops founded?
N.N Laptops was founded in 2017, which makes us 9 years old as of May 2026. We started as a small corner shop in Hafeez Center with two display cabinets and a workbench, and grew organically — no investors, no franchise, no marketing agency. Today we hold over 1,373 tested laptops in active stock and have shipped more than 8,000 Cash on Delivery orders across every province in Pakistan, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The business has been at the same physical address (Shop 66A) for the entire 9 years — we have not moved, rebranded, or changed ownership. Continuity is one of the easiest ways to verify a Pakistani laptop shop is real, and ours is verifiable on Google Maps, Facebook, and our 220+ Google reviews.
Who founded N.N Laptops and who runs it day-to-day?
N.N Laptops was founded by the N.N Laptop family team — a small group of Hafeez Center–trained technicians who'd worked the used-laptop trade in Lahore since the early 2010s before starting the brand in 2017. The shop is owner-operated; the founders are still present every day on the workbench testing, grading, and approving every laptop before it ships. Customer support and WhatsApp messages on 0314 4000131 are answered directly by senior team members (not an outsourced call center), Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 10 PM. This is also why we don't list individual staff names on a corporate-style team page — when you walk in or message us, you reach the same people who built the business.
What makes N.N Laptops different from other Hafeez Center shops?
Three things. One: every laptop goes through our 23-point check (SSD health, RAM stress test, battery cycle count, hinge wear, screen pixel scan, keyboard backlight, port test, webcam, Wi-Fi reach, more) before listing — most Hafeez Center shops sell as-is. Two: every laptop ships with a written 15-day check warranty that covers logic-board, screen, battery, and cosmetic discrepancies — most shops give 3 days of "checking" or none at all. Three: we publish prices on the website, ship Cash on Delivery to every city in Pakistan via TCS and Leopards, and stand behind our listings publicly with 220+ Google reviews at a 4.8★ average. Visit Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore or WhatsApp 0314 4000131 to see for yourself.
Buying a used laptop
Quality, condition grades, age, accessories, what to inspect.
How do I know your used laptops are genuine and not refurbished cheaply?
Every laptop on the catalog has been through our 23-point quality check before it's listed: SSD health via CrystalDiskInfo (we look for over 90% health on used drives, over 95% on premium listings), RAM stress test with MemTest for at least 1 hour, battery cycle count read from the firmware, hinge wear, screen pixel scan under solid colors, keyboard backlight on every key, every port tested with real devices, webcam, microphone, Wi-Fi reach. Cosmetic defects are photographed and graded A (near-mint), B (light wear), or C (visible wear, fully functional). We don't sell anything Grade D. You can bring your own technician to the shop in Lahore for a second opinion before paying, or message 0314 4000131 for the test results on a specific listing.
How old are the used laptops you sell?
Most of our stock is between 3 and 7 years old, with a smaller share of newer 1–2 year units (typically corporate trade-ins) and a niche selection of 8–10 year classics (ThinkPad X220/X230, MacBook Pro 2012/2015 — still popular for specific use cases). We always disclose the model year on the listing and on WhatsApp before you order. For business laptops (ThinkPad T-series, Dell Latitude 7000, HP EliteBook 800) a 5-year-old unit with a clean SSD, fresh thermal paste, and a healthy battery typically has another 3–5 years of useful life if it's used 4–8 hours daily in a moderate temperature environment. Older isn't worse — it usually means better build quality from the corporate generation.
What does the 15-day check warranty actually cover?
The 15-day check warranty covers any fault that is the laptop's responsibility — not yours. Specifically: logic-board failures, screen failures (dead pixels, backlight, vertical lines), battery suddenly dropping below the claimed health percentage, keyboard or trackpad failure, port failure, charger failure, and any cosmetic condition that doesn't match what was photographed on the listing. If any of these appear within 15 days of you receiving the laptop, courier it back to Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — we cover the return shipping — and we will repair, replace with an equivalent unit, or refund in full. The warranty does NOT cover liquid damage, physical drops, user-installed software issues, or accidental cracks.
What do condition grades A, B, and C actually mean on your listings?
Grade A is near-mint: no visible scratches under good light, screen has no marks, keyboard letters are unfaded, hinges are tight. Typically these are barely-used corporate units or low-hour personal trade-ins. Grade B is light wear: minor scuffs on the lid or palmrest, key shines on a few high-use keys, possibly a tiny scratch on the screen visible only when the screen is off. Fully functional, looks decent. Grade C is visible wear: noticeable scratches, dings on corners, possibly faded keys or a slightly loose hinge. Fully functional, runs perfectly, but it looks used — and is priced accordingly (15–25% below an equivalent Grade A). We never list anything Grade D. Every grade is photographed honestly; what you see is what arrives.
Do used laptops come with original chargers and accessories?
Every laptop ships with a working, fully-tested charger. Whether it's the original manufacturer charger (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple branded) or a high-quality compatible unit depends on what's in stock for that exact model. If you specifically want the genuine OEM charger, tell us before purchase on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 — we usually have originals on hand and will match the unit to one at no extra cost. Original boxes, manuals, recovery USBs, and brand stickers are rare on used laptops and we don't keep them. If you want a laptop bag, mouse, USB-C hub, or external SSD bundled, mention it when ordering — bundled accessories get a 7–10% discount versus buying separately.
Are batteries replaced before sale or sold as-is?
Batteries are tested but not automatically replaced. We read the firmware-reported cycle count, charge to 100%, then run a controlled discharge to measure real capacity vs design capacity. The percentage is shown on the listing as battery health (e.g. "87% — 4–5 hours typical use"). We don't quietly swap a worn battery for a cheap unbranded replacement just to make a sale — those degrade fast. If the original battery on a unit is below 70% health we either price the laptop accordingly with full disclosure, or we replace it with a new aftermarket or original cell (your choice) at a transparent extra cost: Rs. 4,500–7,500 for business laptops, Rs. 12,500–18,500 for MacBooks. Ask on WhatsApp for any specific unit's battery numbers.
What should I inspect when the courier delivers my laptop?
Before paying the courier, do four things in this order. One: check the packaging — our triple-layer box (foam, bubble, corrugate) should arrive intact; if it's crushed, photograph it before opening. Two: power the laptop on with the included charger, watch for the manufacturer logo, then let it boot fully. Three: open a solid white image (or just notepad on max-brightness white) and look at the screen for dead pixels, backlight bleed, or vertical lines — then a solid black image to check for stuck bright pixels. Four: hammer every key on the keyboard (open notepad and type the alphabet), test the trackpad, and plug a USB stick into each port. If everything works, pay and sign. If anything is off, refuse delivery — you owe nothing.
Can I bring my own technician to inspect a laptop before buying?
Absolutely yes — and we encourage it for first-time buyers. Walk into Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore any day Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 10 PM with whichever technician, friend, or family member you trust. We hand them the laptop, the charger, and our test PC station; they can run any benchmark or diagnostic they want (CrystalDiskInfo, MemTest, HWiNFO, AIDA64 — we have these installed already, or they can use their own USB). There's no time pressure and no hard sell. If they spot something we missed, we either fix it for free, discount the unit, or pull it from sale entirely. About 1 in 5 walk-in buyers comes with their own technician — we've welcomed it for 9 years.

How much does shipping a laptop cost in Pakistan?
Shipping rates as of May 2026 are: Lahore Rs. 250 (same-day if ordered before 4 PM, otherwise next day). Tier 1 cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan) Rs. 350–450 for 1–2 working days. Tier 2 cities (Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Abbottabad, Mingora) Rs. 450–700 for 2–4 working days. Tier 3 (Gilgit, Skardu, Mirpur AJK, Chitral, Turbat, Hunza, rural KPK / Sindh / Balochistan) Rs. 700–1,200 for 3–5 working days. We don't mark up courier fees — the price you pay is what TCS or Leopards charges plus our triple-layer packing (free). Accessories under Rs. 10,000 ship at the same rate.
How long does laptop delivery take in Pakistan?
Same-day in Lahore if you order before 4 PM (our courier does an afternoon drop run); otherwise next morning. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan: 1–2 working days from dispatch. Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Mardan, Abbottabad, Mingora, Larkana, Sheikhupura, Rahim Yar Khan: 2–4 working days. Azad Kashmir (Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Bagh), Gilgit-Baltistan (Gilgit, Skardu, Hunza), KPK rural (Chitral, Dir, Mansehra), and southern Balochistan / Sindh remote areas: 3–7 working days depending on courier capacity. Working days exclude Sunday. Once dispatched, you get a TCS or Leopards tracking number on WhatsApp and can track in real time. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for an exact ETA on your address.
How exactly does Cash on Delivery work for laptops?
Cash on Delivery is the default payment method on every order, every city, every product. The process: you message us on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the laptop model and your full delivery address; we confirm stock and quote total (laptop price + shipping); we dispatch via TCS or Leopards with the COD amount printed on the airway bill; the courier delivers the parcel to your address and waits while you open and inspect it; you power the laptop on, test the screen and keyboard, and only then hand over cash to the courier. If anything is wrong you refuse delivery — no questions, no fee, no obligation. The courier returns the parcel to us. We've shipped over 8,000 COD orders since 2017 with a refusal rate under 1.5%.
Can I refuse the delivery if I don't like the laptop?
Yes — refusing delivery is your absolute right under our Cash on Delivery process and you do not pay a single rupee if you refuse. The standard 5–10 minute COD inspection window is for exactly this purpose: power the laptop on, check the screen, test the keyboard, plug a USB into each port, look at the cosmetic condition. If the laptop doesn't match the listing photos, doesn't power on, has a defect we didn't disclose, or simply isn't what you expected — tell the courier you're refusing, hand the parcel back, and walk away. The courier returns it to us at our cost, not yours. We will not pressure you, charge a return fee, or argue. About 1.5% of our COD orders end in a refusal; we treat every one as feedback and improve.
Which courier do you use and can I choose?
Our default couriers are TCS and Leopards because both have nationwide coverage including AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, and rural KPK, plus reliable handling for laptops (insured, COD enabled, tracking). For some Tier 3 destinations we also use M&P. By default we pick the courier with the fastest ETA to your address. If you have a strong preference — "I want TCS only" or "please use Leopards" — tell us when ordering on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 and we honor it. We do not use unverified bike couriers, OLX-style independent riders, or unmarked vans for cross-city deliveries. Every laptop ships in a triple-layer box (foam + bubble + corrugate) and is insured up to the full laptop value at no extra cost to you.
Warranty + returns
The 15-day check warranty, what it covers, how to claim.
What does the 15-day check warranty include — and not include?
The 15-day check warranty starts the day the courier hands you the laptop. It covers: logic-board failure (won't power on, GPU artifacts, USB controller failure), screen failure (dead pixels appearing post-delivery, backlight failure, vertical lines), battery suddenly dropping below the disclosed health percentage, keyboard/trackpad failure, port failure on any port we listed as working, charger failure, and any cosmetic condition that materially differs from the listing photos. It does NOT cover: liquid spills (coffee, water, juice — any of which leave detectable residue), physical drops (cracked screens with impact marks, dented chassis), user software issues (Windows reinstall problems, driver conflicts, your own deleted files), or normal cosmetic wear within the disclosed grade. Liquid and drop damage are detectable with a 30-second inspection on our workbench.
How do I claim warranty if my laptop has a defect?
Three steps. One: message WhatsApp 0314 4000131 within 15 days of delivery with the defect, a short video or 3–4 photos showing the issue, and your order number or delivery date. We respond within 30 minutes during shop hours (Mon–Sat 10 AM – 10 PM). Two: we generate a return courier slip and send it to you via WhatsApp; you pack the laptop in its original box (or any sturdy box with bubble wrap), hand it to the TCS or Leopards rider, and we pay the return shipping. Three: the laptop reaches Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore within 1–4 working days, we test on arrival, and we either repair, replace, or refund — your choice — within 48 hours of receipt. No hidden fees, no run-around.
Will you repair the laptop or replace it under warranty?
Your call. When a warranty claim arrives we tell you both options — what we'd repair (parts cost, turnaround), or what we'd replace with from current stock (a same-or-better unit in equivalent condition). Most customers choose repair for cosmetic or minor faults (faster, you keep the unit you tested) and replacement for logic-board or screen failures (cleaner outcome). If we can't repair within 7 days and don't have a suitable replacement in stock, we refund in full via the same payment method you used (Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer). Repair turnaround is typically 2–5 days at the shop; replacement dispatch is same-day once you confirm. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your preference.
What is your actual defect rate on used laptops?
Across more than 8,000 shipped Cash on Delivery orders since 2017, our 15-day defect-claim rate sits at approximately 1.8% — about 1 in 55 laptops. The most common claim is battery health drifting below the disclosed percentage (about 0.7% of orders), followed by minor port flakiness (0.4%), screen issues that appear post-delivery (0.3%), and logic-board issues that didn't surface during our 23-point check (0.2%). The remaining claims are cosmetic discrepancies or charger failures. We publish this number rather than hide it because honesty about defect rates is one of the strongest trust signals an online laptop shop in Pakistan can give. Compare to OLX / Daraz informal sellers where post-sale claims are routinely refused — the difference is night and day.
What happens after the 15-day warranty expires?
After day 15, the formal warranty ends but the relationship doesn't. We continue to service every laptop we've ever sold at the shop in Hafeez Center, Lahore — at standard repair rates (not warranty rates). Common post-warranty repairs we handle for our customers at a 10–15% discount versus walk-in rates: battery replacement (Rs. 4,500–18,500 depending on model), screen replacement (Rs. 8,500–35,000), keyboard replacement (Rs. 2,500–8,500), thermal paste service (Rs. 2,500), SSD upgrade with data migration (Rs. 1,500 labour + drive cost), Windows reinstall and driver setup (Rs. 1,500). We also keep a record of your purchase so if you want to upgrade in 2–3 years you get our buy-back discount toward a newer laptop. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your order date.

Same-day or while-you-wait: battery replacement (45 minutes), RAM/SSD upgrade (30 minutes), thermal paste service (45 minutes), Windows reinstall and driver setup (90 minutes), simple keyboard replacement (30–60 minutes). Next-day or 2 days: screen replacement (need to source the exact panel, then 30 minutes to install), hinge repair, DC jack replacement, BIOS reflash. 3–5 days: chip-level motherboard repair (we diagnose, source the failed chip from the Hafeez Center supplier network, reflow or replace), liquid damage recovery (full ultrasonic clean then re-test), data recovery from dead drives. We message you on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with progress updates and call you only when the laptop is ready.
Do you have parts in stock for every laptop model?
Our shop inventory has roughly 300 SKUs in stock at any moment — the most common keyboards, screens, batteries, hinges, and chargers for Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook/ProBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, Asus ZenBook/VivoBook, Acer Aspire/Swift, MSI, and Microsoft Surface. For anything not in stock — older models, niche regional variants, gaming-laptop-specific high-refresh panels — we tap into the Hafeez Center supplier network (roughly 150 active wholesalers within walking distance of our shop). Sourcing time is typically 4–48 hours. The price for sourced parts is usually 10–20% lower than our shop-inventoried price because we don't have to inventory it. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your laptop model + the part you need and we confirm availability and price within 30 minutes.
Can I courier my laptop in from another city for repair?
Yes — we accept laptops from every city in Pakistan for repair. The process: WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with photos of the issue and your laptop model; we give a diagnosis estimate and quote a price range; you courier the laptop to Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore using TCS or Leopards (we recommend insured shipping). On arrival we run the full diagnosis (free), confirm the exact price, and only proceed after you approve on WhatsApp. Once repaired we ship it back to your address via TCS or Leopards with full insurance. Total round-trip is typically 4–10 working days depending on city and complexity of repair. Return shipping is paid by you (Rs. 350–1,200 depending on city). Customer pays for inbound and outbound courier.
Do you offer a warranty on laptop repairs?
Yes — every repair we do comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty on the specific repair, plus the manufacturer warranty on any new parts (RAM 5 years Crucial, SSDs 3–5 years Samsung/Kingston, batteries 6–12 months aftermarket, original Apple/Dell/HP/Lenovo parts where applicable). If the repaired component fails within 30 days under normal use, bring it back (or courier it from another city — we cover the return shipping) and we redo the repair or refund the labour at no cost. This warranty does not cover new damage to an unrelated component, liquid spills after the repair, or drops. Keep your repair receipt — we also log every job in our system, so we can pull up the record on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with just your name and phone number.
Selling / buy-back
Sell your old laptop, payment methods, courier pickup, what we accept.
How do I sell my old laptop to N.N Laptops?
Three steps. One: WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the laptop model, RAM, storage, screen size, battery health (if you know it — open Settings > System on Windows, or About This Mac > System Report > Power on macOS), the laptop's age, and 4–5 clear photos (front closed, open with screen on, both sides showing ports, bottom showing sticker, any dents or scratches close-up). Two: we reply within 30 minutes (during shop hours Mon–Sat 10 AM–10 PM) with a fair market-rate offer. Three: if you accept, we either collect from your address in Lahore or arrange courier pickup from any city in Pakistan. Payment is released the same day the laptop reaches us and passes our quick verification. We've bought back over 3,000 laptops from sellers in 60+ Pakistani cities since 2017.
How do you pay sellers — cash, bank transfer, JazzCash?
Your choice. We pay via: cash on the spot if you walk into Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore with the laptop (any amount up to Rs. 500,000 immediate); Bank Transfer to any Pakistani bank account (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Alfalah, MCB, Standard Chartered, Faysal — same-day if completed before 3 PM, next working day otherwise); JazzCash (instant for amounts up to Rs. 200,000); EasyPaisa (instant up to Rs. 200,000); or a combination if the amount is large. We do not pay until the laptop is physically with us and we've verified the specs match what you described. Payment is released within the same business day of receipt. We've never delayed a seller payment by more than 24 hours — verifiable from our 220+ Google reviews.
Can you pick up my old laptop from another city?
Yes. For sellers in Lahore we send a rider to your address (free, same-day). For sellers in any other Pakistani city we arrange a TCS or Leopards pickup from your address — we generate the courier slip, send it to you on WhatsApp, and the rider comes to you within 24–48 hours. The courier cost (typically Rs. 350–700 depending on city) is deducted from your final payment, OR we cover it as a goodwill gesture if your laptop's offer value is over Rs. 50,000. The laptop reaches us in 1–4 working days, we verify within 24 hours of receipt, and we transfer your payment same business day via your preferred method. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your address and we quote the round-trip in one message.
What kind of laptops do you buy back?
We buy almost every working laptop made by Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft Surface, Razer, Toshiba, Samsung, LG, Fujitsu, and Panasonic — from 2014 onward. Working laptops fetch full market rate. Non-working laptops with repair potential (broken screen, dead battery, faulty keyboard, liquid damage) fetch 30–60% of working price — we repair them ourselves and resell. Completely dead laptops (motherboard burnt, water-submerged) we still buy as parts donors at 10–25% of working price. Brand-new boxed laptops we also buy at 80–90% of retail. The only thing we don't buy: counterfeit / cloned laptops (yes, they exist — most commonly fake MacBooks running Android), laptops with no model identification, or stolen laptops (we verify serial numbers against Pakistani lost-device databases).
What laptops do you NOT accept for buy-back?
Five categories. One: counterfeit or cloned laptops — most commonly Chinese-market fake MacBooks running Android with a custom skin, or fake ThinkPads with plastic chassis. Two: laptops with no identifiable model number, missing service tags, or scratched-off serials (unverifiable provenance). Three: stolen laptops — we cross-check every serial against the FIA cybercrime database and Pakistani lost-device community lists; if a unit comes back flagged we decline and report. Four: laptops from before 2012 — they're old enough that we can't even profitably part them out (exceptions for ThinkPad X220/X230 and MacBook Pro 2012 which still have buyer demand). Five: laptops with biometric / password locks the seller can't unlock (BIOS password, iCloud lock, Microsoft account lock) — we'd be unable to test or resell.
Specs + use cases
Programming, design, gaming, students, office, MacBook vs PC.
What is the best used laptop for programming in Pakistan?
For programming in 2026, our top picks under Rs. 80,000 are the Lenovo ThinkPad T480 (i5 8th gen, 16 GB RAM upgradeable to 32, 256 GB NVMe SSD, FHD IPS, best keyboard in this class) and the Dell Latitude 7490 (similar specs, slightly slicker build). For VS Code, IntelliJ, Docker, Node, Python, and modern web development, 16 GB RAM is the practical floor — 8 GB will run but become painful inside 6 months. SSD is non-negotiable; HDDs are a hard no for programming work. If you compile a lot (Rust, C++, large monorepos) jump to a ThinkPad T490 or P53 with i7 + 32 GB. For data science / ML you also want a dedicated GPU — look at ThinkPad P52 or Dell Precision 7530. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your stack and budget.
What is the best used laptop for design work — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma?
For 2D design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) the screen matters as much as the CPU. Our top picks: Dell XPS 15 9570 or 9590 (i7 + 16 GB + 4K OLED screen, exceptional color accuracy, Rs. 110,000–145,000 in May 2026), MacBook Pro 15" 2018/2019 Intel (Retina display, sRGB and P3, Rs. 90,000–135,000), MacBook Pro 14" M1 Pro (Mini-LED ProMotion, the gold standard for design work, Rs. 165,000–230,000). For Figma alone any 16 GB laptop works — Figma runs in the browser. For Photoshop on RAW files or large PSDs aim for 32 GB. For video / motion design also check dedicated GPU. Always ask us for the screen's measured Delta E and color gamut before buying — we test every design-class laptop.
What is the best used laptop for gaming in Pakistan?
For gaming in 2026 the sweet spot is RTX 3050 / 3060 / 3070 generation with 16 GB RAM and a 144Hz+ display. Our recommended picks by budget: Acer Nitro 5 / HP Victus with GTX 1650 (Rs. 75,000–110,000, esports + light AAA at 1080p medium). Asus TUF A15 / Lenovo Legion 5 with RTX 3050 / 3060 (Rs. 110,000–165,000, AAA at 1080p high). Asus ROG Strix / MSI Stealth with RTX 3070 / 3080 (Rs. 165,000–245,000, AAA at 1440p, ray tracing). Important: check thermals before buying — gaming laptops degrade fast if previous owner abused them. We test every gaming unit under a 30-minute stress run and disclose CPU/GPU temps. Cooling pad recommended for Lahore / Karachi summers — see the Accessories catalog.
What is the best used laptop for students in Pakistan?
For students at FAST, LUMS, UET, NUST, COMSATS, QAU, IBA, NED, GIKI, MUET, Air University, Bahria, UAF, BZU, PIEAS and others, your need depends on your major. CS / SE / data science: i5 or i7 8th gen, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD floor — ThinkPad T480 / Dell Latitude 7490 / HP EliteBook 840 G5 (Rs. 55,000–80,000). EE / mechanical / civil with MATLAB / CAD work: same plus dedicated GPU helpful. Business / arts / humanities: i3 or i5 6th–7th gen with 8 GB RAM is plenty (Rs. 25,000–45,000). Verified students get a 5% automatic discount on every laptop — show your student ID to the courier or send a photo on WhatsApp 0314 4000131. Post-dated cheques accepted from select universities for installments.
What is the best used laptop for office and home use?
For office work — email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Chrome with 10–20 tabs, light photo editing — the entire 6th to 8th generation Intel Core i5 business laptop class is excellent value. Our top picks under Rs. 50,000: Dell Latitude 7280 / 7290 (i5 7th/8th gen, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), HP EliteBook 840 G3 / G4 (similar specs), Lenovo ThinkPad T470 / T480 (similar with the best keyboard). Under Rs. 35,000 you can get Dell Latitude E7270, HP EliteBook 820 G3, ThinkPad T460 — same league, just older generation. All run Windows 11, all handle modern web apps fine, all have full-size keyboards and matte non-glare screens. Battery life on these business units is usually 4–6 hours real-world. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for current stock.
Should I buy a MacBook or a Windows laptop?
Pick based on what you actually do. MacBook (especially M1 Air or M2 Air) wins for: long battery life (12+ hours real-world), silent fanless operation, macOS ecosystem (iPhone/iPad integration, Final Cut, Logic Pro, Xcode for iOS development), excellent color-accurate Retina display, durable unibody chassis. Windows laptop (ThinkPad / Latitude / EliteBook) wins for: software compatibility (Visual Studio, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Pakistani enterprise software), Windows-only games, repair-friendliness (M1/M2 MacBooks have soldered RAM and SSD), price (you get 16 GB RAM + 512 GB SSD on a ThinkPad for less than a MacBook Air 8 GB), x86 emulation. For Pakistani buyers: MacBook costs 30–40% more but holds value 40–60% better at resale. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 to discuss your specific workflow.
Pricing + payment
Installments, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, student + bulk discount.
Do you offer EMI or installment plans for laptops?
We don't offer direct credit-card EMI (we're a retail shop, not a bank), but you can use your bank's EMI facility on a bank-transfer payment to us — HBL, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, Standard Chartered, Faysal Bank, MCB, and Habib Metro all offer 3/6/9/12-month credit-card installment plans on online purchases. Your bank handles the markup; we just receive the full payment from your bank. Confirm the EMI option with your bank's credit-card desk before payment. For students at FAST Lahore, LUMS, UET, NUST, COMSATS, IBA Karachi, and a few other listed universities we also accept post-dated cheques split across 3 months at no markup — WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with a photo of your student ID to enroll. Two-month split-payment via JazzCash is also available on request.
What payment methods do you accept besides Cash on Delivery?
Five options. One: Cash on Delivery (default, every city in Pakistan, no markup). Two: Bank Transfer to our HBL business account — IBAN provided after order confirmation on WhatsApp 0314 4000131, transfer must complete before dispatch. Three: JazzCash to our merchant number — instant, supports up to Rs. 200,000 per transaction, multiple transactions allowed for larger amounts. Four: EasyPaisa to our merchant number — same limits as JazzCash, instant, fully tracked. Five: cash on walk-in at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — no limits, full receipt provided. We do not accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, or Western Union for retail orders. All electronic payments are receipted via SMS / WhatsApp the same minute they clear.
Are JazzCash and EasyPaisa payments safe to use with N.N Laptops?
Yes. We use registered merchant accounts (not personal numbers) for both JazzCash and EasyPaisa, which means every transaction generates a verifiable receipt with our business name, address, and license number on it. Save the SMS or app screenshot — that's your proof of payment, legally enforceable. We provide the JazzCash and EasyPaisa merchant numbers only after you've confirmed an order on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 (never trust an unsolicited JazzCash number claiming to be N.N Laptops — those are scams). If you've already paid and want to verify, send us the transaction ID and we confirm receipt in our merchant dashboard within 5 minutes. We've processed over 4,000 JazzCash / EasyPaisa transactions since 2018 with zero reversals or disputes.
Do students get a discount on laptops?

Do you give discounts on bulk orders for offices or institutions?
Yes — corporate bulk orders (offices, schools, NGOs, government, freelance teams) get tiered discounts: 5+ laptops same configuration 7% discount; 10+ laptops 10% discount; 25+ laptops 12% discount; 50+ laptops 15% discount plus dedicated account manager. Invoicing under your registered business name with NTN and STRN, supporting GST reclaim where applicable. Past bulk customers include schools, software houses, NGOs, and a few government offices — references on request. Trust + verification
Google reviews, shop visit, fake shops, how to verify authenticity.
How can I verify N.N Laptops is a real business and not a scam?
Six quick checks. One: Google our shop name — N.N Laptops Hafeez Center — and confirm the Google Business Profile (4.8★ rating, 220+ reviews) shows Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. Two: open Google Maps Street View on the Hafeez Center address — you'll see the actual building. Three: call 0314 4000131 — a real human picks up during shop hours 10 AM–10 PM Mon–Sat. Four: walk in if you're in Lahore (Hafeez Center is the largest IT market in Pakistan, the building is easy to find). Five: use Cash on Delivery — there is literally no upfront payment, so worst case you refuse delivery and owe nothing. Six: read the 95+ blog posts published on nnlaptops.com over 4 years — depth and consistency are hard to fake.
How can I tell apart fake N.N Laptops shops or imposters?
We have exactly ONE physical shop — Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — and ONE phone/WhatsApp number — 0314 4000131. We do not operate branches in Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or anywhere else. We don't sell through OLX, Daraz, or any other marketplace. We don't have shop assistants standing in DHA or Gulberg Main Boulevard claiming to be us. If anyone contacts you claiming to be N.N Laptops from a different number, or asks you to JazzCash a personal (non-merchant) number, or offers laptops at prices that seem too good (Rs. 15,000 MacBook Air), they're not us. Cross-check by messaging 0314 4000131 directly — we confirm in 2 minutes whether someone is associated with our shop or not. Stay safe.
Can I read reviews from previous N.N Laptops customers?
Yes — we have over 220 written Google reviews at a 4.8★ average, accumulated from buyers across Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, and smaller cities since 2017. Open Google Maps, search "N.N Laptops Hafeez Center", and tap Reviews to read them. We do not edit, remove, or pay for reviews — Google's policy and audit trail make that impossible. You'll see real customer names, dated reviews, photos buyers have uploaded, our response to occasional complaints, and how we resolved them. We also have a Facebook page (facebook.com/nnlaptop) with additional photos and customer interactions. If you'd like to speak to a past customer directly before buying, ask on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 — we sometimes connect new buyers with willing prior customers for reference checks.
Can I visit the shop in person before placing an online order?
Absolutely encouraged. Walk into Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore any day Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 10 PM (closed Sunday). Free parking on the Hafeez Center ramp from the Liberty Market side. You can browse the entire stock in person (we display roughly 200 laptops at the front desk and have the rest in the storage cabinet behind), test any unit yourself on our test bench, bring your own technician, ask about prices, see how the team operates. There's no minimum purchase, no pressure to buy, no "come back later" runaround. If you're flying into Lahore for any other reason, swinging by the shop and seeing the operation is the strongest possible verification before placing future online orders from your home city.
Pakistani context
Climate, load shedding, monsoon, JazzCash, courier mishaps, overseas buyers.
Does my laptop battery degrade faster in Pakistan's heat?
Yes, but the difference is smaller than most people think — and entirely manageable. Lithium-ion batteries lose capacity faster above 35 degrees Celsius internal cell temperature. In Lahore or Karachi summer (ambient 38–45 C), a laptop sitting on a soft bed or carpet can easily hit 50 C internal, which roughly doubles the annual capacity loss compared to a 25 C room. The fix is simple: use a hard flat surface (table, lap desk), keep the air vents clear, run on power-saver mode when temps cross 38 C, and avoid charging to 100 percent for storage (80–90 percent is healthier). A cooling pad helps in gaming sessions — we sell tested ones from Rs. 1,800. Walk into Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore, or WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for our cooling pad shortlist.
Will my laptop charger survive load shedding voltage fluctuations?
Original brand chargers (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple OEM) have built-in surge and over-voltage protection rated for 100–240 volt input, so the typical Pakistani sag-and-spike during load shedding restoration is well within tolerance. Cheap aftermarket chargers from unbranded sources fail at this exact moment — that is why we recommend OEM or premium aftermarket only. The bigger risk is the brief 300–400 volt spike when WAPDA restores power abruptly: this can fry the charger DC brick and sometimes the laptop motherboard. Solution: plug your laptop into a Rs. 1,500–3,500 voltage stabiliser or a Rs. 4,500+ APC mini-UPS. If your shop or office had a recent load shedding spike that killed your charger, walk into Hafeez Center with the dead brick — diagnosis is free, replacements run Rs. 3,500–8,500 depending on wattage.
Do you ship to areas under monsoon flood disruption?
We ship to every Pakistani address, but during peak monsoon (typically July–September) certain rural belts experience genuine courier disruption — interior Sindh, parts of southern Punjab, Balochistan flood zones, KPK rural valleys. When TCS or Leopards flag an address as temporarily unreachable, we WhatsApp you on 0314 4000131 within 2 hours of dispatch, hold the parcel safely at our shop, and re-dispatch the moment couriers resume. Your COD obligation does not start until you actually receive and inspect the laptop. If you prefer, we can hold the order and ship in 1–2 weeks once the flood recedes — your laptop sits in our locked storage cabinet at Shop 66A, no fee, no pressure. For urgent buyers in flood-affected cities, family pickup from a relative's address in a nearby unaffected city is also fine — just tell us the new delivery address.
Can I pay via Easypaisa or JazzCash?
Yes, both are fully supported and have been since 2018. We use registered MERCHANT accounts for both JazzCash and Easypaisa (not personal numbers) — every transaction generates a receipt with our business name on it, legally enforceable, traceable in the mobile-wallet app. Per-transaction limit is Rs. 200,000 on standard accounts; for larger laptop purchases we split into 2–3 transactions or recommend bank transfer instead. The merchant numbers are released only after you've confirmed your order on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 — never trust an unsolicited JazzCash request claiming to be N.N Laptops. Payments clear in 5 minutes or less; we ship the laptop the same business day once received. Save the SMS receipt — that is your proof if any dispute ever arises. We've processed 4,000+ mobile-wallet transactions with zero reversals.
What if TCS or Leopards damages my laptop in transit?
Every laptop we ship is fully insured by the courier for its declared value — this is built into our triple-layer foam-bubble-corrugate packing process and is non-negotiable. If a parcel arrives crushed, dented, or with the laptop visibly damaged, do not open it in front of the rider — instead, take 3–4 photos of the box from all angles, photograph the courier slip clearly, refuse delivery, and WhatsApp the photos to 0314 4000131 immediately. We file the courier insurance claim from our end the same day, dispatch a replacement laptop to you within 24–48 hours (no extra cost to you), and absorb the entire claim process internally. You should not have to fight TCS yourself. In nine years and 8,000+ shipments, we've had 11 damage claims — every one resolved within 5 working days. Pack-quality is our responsibility; courier handling is the courier's responsibility; either way you are not stuck.
Is the warranty valid if I move from Lahore to Karachi?
Yes — your 15-day check warranty (and any post-warranty repair record) is tied to the laptop and your CNIC, not your physical address. If you bought a laptop from us, then moved from Lahore to Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, or anywhere else in Pakistan, you can still claim warranty by couriering the laptop to Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — we cover the inbound shipping under warranty just like local customers. For post-warranty repairs, the same courier-in option applies (you pay shipping both ways, typically Rs. 700–1,500 round trip from major cities). We also maintain your purchase record in our system permanently, so if you upgrade in 3–5 years you still qualify for our buy-back trade-in discount on a newer model regardless of which city you live in. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your order date and new address.
Do you accept payment in USD if I'm an overseas Pakistani buying for family in Lahore?
Yes — this is a common scenario and we handle it smoothly. Three options. One: bank wire transfer in USD to our HBL business account; we provide the SWIFT code and full beneficiary details on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 once you confirm the laptop. PKR is credited at the day's interbank rate, no hidden markup. Two: pay through a family member's local JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer in PKR — most overseas buyers prefer this because the rate is better than international wire fees. Three: pay on delivery when your family receives the laptop in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or any other Pakistani city (Cash on Delivery, you don't need to be present). Pick whichever is easiest. We've shipped to 80+ families with overseas relatives in UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia since 2019. Send WhatsApp with the laptop link and the delivery address.
Will my laptop work with Pakistani Wi-Fi and 3G/4G dongles?
Yes — every laptop we sell supports standard Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) or Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands used by every Pakistani ISP — PTCL, Nayatel, StormFiber, Transworld, fibre and DSL alike. USB 4G dongles from Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone work on every laptop we sell via standard USB-A or USB-C ports. For newer laptops with Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 (rare in our used stock but available), Pakistani ISPs don't yet broadcast on those bands, so you'll connect on the older 5 GHz channel — no functional difference. If you need a laptop with built-in 4G/5G SIM card slot (rare — only specific business ThinkPad and Latitude models), WhatsApp 0314 4000131 and we'll check stock. For most users, a Rs. 1,500 portable Mi-Fi router or your phone's hotspot is the simpler path.
Do you handle Ramadan and Eid shipping?
Yes — we operate normally during Ramadan with adjusted shop hours (typically 11 AM–6 PM, then 9 PM–1 AM after Iftar; we WhatsApp the exact week's schedule on 0314 4000131). Courier networks (TCS, Leopards, M&P) also operate, but transit times stretch by 1–2 days in the last 10 days of Ramadan due to higher commercial volume. Eid week the shop closes for 4–5 days (we announce specific dates 2 weeks in advance); couriers also pause, so any order placed in the 3 days before Eid is dispatched on the first working day after. Customers in 30+ Pakistani cities order laptops as Eid gifts every year — we recommend placing the order 7–10 days before Chand Raat to comfortably clear courier transit. Pre-Eid bulk orders for offices distributing laptops as Eid bonuses get the same tiered discounts (5+ units 7%, 10+ units 10%).
Used laptop buyer specifics
iCloud lock, BIOS lock, condition grading, imported vs new, OLX vs Hafeez Center.
How do I check if a used MacBook is iCloud-locked before buying?
Two quick checks. One — on the MacBook itself: power it on; if it boots straight to a generic macOS Setup Assistant with no Apple ID lock screen demanding the previous owner's password, it's clean. If it shows an Apple ID email partially masked (e.g. ahm***@gmail.com) and refuses to proceed without that password, it is iCloud-locked and useless — walk away. Two — pre-purchase verification: get the seller to read out the MacBook serial number (About This Mac > More Info > Serial number, or the sticker on the bottom case for older models). Run that serial against Apple's coverage check at checkcoverage.apple.com — it tells you whether activation lock is enabled. At N.N Laptops every MacBook is fully unlocked, factory-reset, and verified clean before listing; we let you boot and complete the Setup Assistant in front of us at Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, before payment. We do not sell iCloud-locked devices, ever.
What does 'lush condition 10/10' actually mean at N.N Laptops?
We use a 1-to-10 cosmetic score paired with the formal A/B/C grade. 10/10 means truly mint — under bright light, looking from any angle, you cannot find a single scratch, dent, scuff, key fade, hinge wobble, or screen mark. These are usually 1-year-old corporate trade-ins or barely-used personal sales. 9/10 means near-mint with one or two micro-scuffs visible only under direct light. 8/10 is excellent with very minor wear on high-touch areas (palm rest, spacebar, lid corners). 7/10 is good — visible but unobtrusive light wear. 6/10 and below is solid functional condition with honest wear. We photograph every unit under consistent lighting and a 1:1 macro lens; the photos on the listing are the laptop you receive, not stock images. If a listing says "lush 10/10" and the laptop arrives with a scuff we missed, that is a warranty claim under cosmetic-discrepancy and we refund or replace. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for video walkarounds.
Why are imported used laptops cheaper than new Pakistani-launch laptops?
Because new laptops sold in Pakistani retail (Dell, HP, Lenovo authorised dealers) carry import duty, sales tax, retailer margin, and authorised-distributor markup — typically adding 35–55% on top of the same laptop's price in USA, UAE, or UK retail. An imported used Dell Latitude 7490 that retailed for USD 1,500 (Rs. 420,000 today) when new is now Rs. 65,000 used because it's 5 years old. A brand-new equivalent specced laptop in Pakistan today (i5 12th gen, 16 GB, 512 GB SSD) starts around Rs. 200,000–250,000. For 80% of office, programming, and student use cases, the imported used unit performs identically — same Windows 11, same Chrome, same Office, same Zoom. Build quality on a used business-class ThinkPad or EliteBook is also frequently better than a new consumer-class Pavilion or IdeaPad. The price gap is structural import economics, not a hidden defect.
How do you verify a used laptop's battery health before listing it?
Every laptop goes through a 3-step battery test. One: we read the firmware-reported design capacity vs current full-charge capacity from the embedded controller — on Windows via PowerShell battery report, on macOS via System Report > Power, on Linux via upower. Two: we charge to 100%, unplug, and run a controlled real-use discharge (browser open with 8 tabs, 1080p video at 50% brightness) for 1 hour and measure the actual drop; this catches batteries that lie in their firmware report. Three: we check the cycle count — a typical 5-year-old business laptop battery has 400–900 cycles; over 1,200 cycles we flag as "replace soon." The disclosed battery health on the listing (e.g. "82% — 4 to 5 hours typical") is the lower of the firmware percentage and our measured real-use percentage. We never round up. If you want the raw numbers on a specific unit, WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the listing link.
Can I see the previous Windows install or serial number history?
We factory-reset every laptop before listing — meaning the previous owner's Windows profile, files, browser data, saved passwords, and personal cloud accounts are wiped via the manufacturer's recovery partition or a clean Windows 11 reinstall. So no, you will not see any of the previous user's data — and that is the point, for both privacy and security. What you CAN see and verify: the laptop's hardware serial number (visible in BIOS, on the chassis sticker, and in Windows via Settings > System > About). You can plug that serial into the manufacturer's warranty checker (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple all provide free serial lookups online) to verify the manufacture date, original sale region, and any prior warranty claims. We disclose all of this openly on the listing. If a laptop's serial cannot be verified or has been tampered with, we refuse to list it — that's why we reject roughly 5% of trade-in offers.
What if I find a dead pixel on my used laptop after buying?
A dead pixel that appears within the 15-day check warranty is fully covered — we either replace the screen (which takes 1–3 working days at our workbench at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore), swap the laptop for an equivalent unit, or refund. Couriering it back to us is on us. Most modern laptop screens are sub-pixel dense enough that 1–2 dead sub-pixels (not full pixels) are considered "acceptable" by manufacturer standards — but we hold ourselves to a higher bar: zero dead pixels on a listing photographed as "clean screen." The reason we test screens against solid red, green, blue, white, and black backgrounds during our 23-point check is precisely to catch this before shipping. If your laptop arrived with a dead pixel that should have been caught, message us on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with a photo of the screen on a solid colour and we resolve within 48 hours.
Do imported used laptops come with original chargers?
About 70% of our used laptop stock ships with the original manufacturer charger (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple-branded, with the genuine serial sticker intact); the other 30% ship with a high-quality compatible charger because the original was missing or worn out when the laptop entered our buy-back. We disclose which type the listing includes — original chargers are noted as "OEM charger included," compatibles as "premium aftermarket charger included." If you specifically need the original brand charger and the listing is shipping with a compatible, tell us before purchase on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 and we'll either source the original (usually 24–72 hours through our Hafeez Center supplier network) at a transparent Rs. 1,500–4,500 add-on, or recommend a different unit that already ships with the original. Counterfeit chargers are increasingly common on OLX and Daraz — we test every charger we ship, original or compatible, against the laptop's exact voltage and wattage spec.
Is buying a used laptop from Hafeez Center safer than OLX?
Significantly safer, for four concrete reasons. One: physical accountability — Hafeez Center shops have a fixed address, a verifiable Google Business Profile, and a multi-year reputation visible in 220+ reviews. OLX sellers can vanish the moment payment clears. Two: pre-purchase testing — at our shop you can physically test the laptop, bring your own technician, walk away if anything is off. OLX you're trusting photos and a phone call. Three: post-purchase recourse — N.N Laptops has a written 15-day warranty, courier-back claim process, and 9 years of resolved warranty cases on Google. OLX has zero recourse after payment. Four: payment safety — we accept Cash on Delivery (you inspect before paying); OLX sellers typically demand advance JazzCash or an in-person meeting that has higher fraud risk. The price premium of buying from a verified Hafeez Center shop versus OLX is typically Rs. 3,000–8,000 — cheap insurance against a Rs. 60,000+ laptop turning out to be stolen, defective, or non-existent.
How do I bypass a BIOS password on a used laptop I want to buy?
Short answer: don't buy that laptop — it's a major red flag. Long answer: a BIOS password (also called supervisor password or HDD password) is set in the laptop's firmware by the previous owner or the previous corporate IT department. Unlike Windows or macOS user passwords, it cannot be "reset" by reinstalling the OS — it lives in non-volatile firmware memory. Removal requires either chip-level work (desoldering and reflashing the BIOS chip, Rs. 6,500–18,500 depending on model and chip type at our workbench) or a manufacturer service request with proof of original purchase (which the seller won't have if the laptop is stolen). At N.N Laptops we verify every laptop boots clean with no BIOS password before listing — we will never knowingly sell a locked unit. If you bought a BIOS-locked laptop from OLX or another source, walk into Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, with the laptop and original purchase proof — we'll diagnose for free and quote the unlock if possible, or advise you to return it to the seller.
Brand-specific questions
Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft Surface in Pakistan.
Where can I get Apple-authorized battery service for my MacBook in Pakistan?
Pakistan does not have an Apple-authorised service provider (AASP) at the moment — the closest official AASPs are in Dubai (iCare, iSTYLE) and Riyadh. For most MacBook owners in Pakistan, the practical path is a high-quality independent repair at Hafeez Center. We service MacBook batteries (Air, Pro, 2014 through M3) at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore using original Apple battery cells when available (sourced through grey-market import from authorised resellers in UAE and Singapore) and premium aftermarket cells otherwise. Pricing: MacBook Air 2018–2024 Rs. 12,500–18,500, MacBook Pro 13/14/15-inch Rs. 15,500–25,500, MacBook Pro 16-inch Rs. 22,500–32,500. Turnaround 1–3 working days. Original-cell replacements get a 6-month warranty; aftermarket get 3-month. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your MacBook model and year for an exact quote. Walk-in diagnosis is always free.
Can I transfer my Dell warranty to a buyer in Pakistan?
Yes for the international ProSupport or NBD on-site warranty if the laptop is still within the original 1, 3, or 5-year coverage window. Dell warranty transfer is handled at dell.com/support/ownership-transfer — you'll need the original service tag (printed on the bottom of the laptop, also visible in BIOS), the new owner's name, address, and email. Transfer is free, completes in 5–7 business days. However: Dell's official service network in Pakistan is limited; on-site service is typically only honoured in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and the response time is 3–7 working days, not the 24-hour ProSupport SLA promised in the US/UK. For most practical defects (battery, screen, keyboard) Hafeez Center repair is faster and cheaper than waiting for an international warranty claim. We document warranty transfer status on every Dell unit we sell and disclose remaining months on the listing. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the Dell service tag.
Do you stock Lenovo ThinkPad with original UK keyboard?
Yes — ThinkPad inventory at our shop is grouped by keyboard layout: US English (the standard imported variant), UK English (smaller stock, marked separately on listings), Arabic-English bilingual (rarer), and a few European layouts. UK keyboard ThinkPads come into our buy-back occasionally from overseas Pakistani sellers and dual-region corporates. Walk into Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore and ask, or WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the specific model you want (T480, T490, T14, X1 Carbon, etc.) — we send keyboard photos of every UK-layout unit in current stock. If we don't have UK in your preferred model, we can also swap a US keyboard for a sourced UK keyboard at a transparent Rs. 4,500–8,500 add-on (sourcing 24–72 hours through our supplier network). Layout swaps are reversible and don't void any cosmetic grading.
Are HP EliteBook laptops worth it over the cheaper Pavilion line for business?
For office, business, programming, and professional use — yes, EliteBook is significantly better value than Pavilion despite the higher price, because used EliteBooks (840 G5, G6, G7, G8 generations) typically sell for less than new Pavilions and outperform them in every metric that matters for work. EliteBook gets: military-spec drop and shock testing (MIL-STD-810), magnesium-aluminium chassis vs Pavilion's plastic, spill-resistant keyboard with longer key travel, true matte non-glare IPS screen, vPro CPU options for IT manageability, smartcard reader and fingerprint sensor, easy-access RAM/SSD service panel, and 6–8 hours real battery life vs Pavilion's 3–5. Pavilion is fine for casual home use, light browsing, watching Netflix. For anyone earning money on their laptop — EliteBook every time. We stock EliteBook 840 G5/G6/G7 from Rs. 35,000–65,000. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your budget.
Do Asus ROG laptops handle Pakistani summer heat?
Asus ROG gaming laptops are engineered with some of the most aggressive cooling in the industry — dual fans, liquid metal thermal compound on newer models (Strix Scar, Zephyrus G14/G15/M16), and 5–8 heat pipes versus a typical business laptop's 1–2. That said, Pakistani summer (Lahore peaking 45 C, Karachi 42 C, Multan 48 C in extreme weeks) will push any gaming laptop's internal temperatures 8–12 C higher than a temperate climate. Practical tips: use a cooling pad (Rs. 1,800–4,500 at our shop), raise the laptop on a stand for under-vent airflow, undervolt the CPU 80–120 mV in ThrottleStop (we can do this for you free at the shop), and replace the thermal paste annually with Arctic MX-6 or Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut (we charge Rs. 2,500 including a full clean). With these steps, ROG laptops in Lahore run 78–87 C under sustained AAA gaming load — perfectly within spec. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for cooling-pad recommendations.
Is the MacBook M1, M2, or M3 the best buy in Pakistan right now?
For most Pakistani buyers in 2026, the used MacBook Air M1 (2020) remains the value champion at Rs. 105,000–135,000 — fanless silent operation, 12–15 hours real battery, plenty of power for everything except heavy video editing and ML training. The M2 Air (2022, MagSafe + better display) sits at Rs. 145,000–180,000 — worth the premium if you'll keep it 4+ years. The M3 Air (2024) is Rs. 195,000–235,000 — meaningful upgrade for design or programming professionals only. The Pro variants (M1 Pro/Max, M2 Pro/Max, M3 Pro/Max) are for serious video editing, 4K colour-graded workflow, Logic Pro multi-track audio, or Xcode-based iOS development; if you don't fit one of those use cases, the Air saves Rs. 80,000+ without performance loss. We stock all three generations — Walk into Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, or WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for current pricing and stock.
Can you repair a Microsoft Surface laptop in Pakistan?
Yes, but with caveats specific to Surface design. Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, and Surface Book use heavy glue construction (Microsoft optimises for thinness, not repairability — iFixit consistently scores Surface 0–2 out of 10 on repair index). Battery, screen, and SSD replacement all require careful heat-gun glue softening, careful disassembly without cracking the display, and Microsoft's proprietary connectors. At our workbench at Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, we handle: battery replacement (Rs. 18,500–28,500 depending on model — most expensive in the industry because of the glue work), screen replacement (Rs. 28,500–55,000), keyboard cover replacement for Surface Pro (Rs. 12,500–22,000), and standard charging port repair. Surface motherboard repair we attempt but the success rate is lower than typical laptops (around 55–65% versus 85% for Dell/HP/Lenovo). Free diagnosis on every Surface — WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with photos of your model.
Are Acer Aspire laptops reliable for long-term use?
Acer Aspire is a mixed bag — better than its reputation suggests for the budget tier (under Rs. 40,000 used), but not in the same league as a business-class ThinkPad or EliteBook. The good: Aspire 5 and Aspire 7 (2020 onwards) have decent IPS screens, full keyboard layout, dual RAM slot, and easy SSD upgrade. The not-so-good: plastic chassis prone to flex and hinge wear after 3+ years, fans that get noisy faster than business laptops, and battery degradation curve steeper than Dell/HP/Lenovo equivalents. For a student on a tight budget, an Aspire 5 used at Rs. 35,000–45,000 is genuinely good value. For someone planning to use the laptop 6–8 hours daily for 4–5 years, spend an extra Rs. 10,000–15,000 on a ThinkPad T-series or Dell Latitude 7000 — you'll save it back in avoided repairs. Acer Swift and Acer Predator (gaming) are separate stories — Swift is solid, Predator runs hot in Pakistani summers without a cooling pad. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for stock.
Do you sell MSI gaming laptops, and how do they compare to Asus ROG?
Yes — MSI Stealth, GE Raider, GP Leopard, Katana, and Bravo lines all rotate through our stock. MSI's strength is the GPU performance per rupee — at the same price point, MSI typically offers a slightly higher-tier GPU (e.g. RTX 3070 instead of 3060) than equivalent Asus ROG or Lenovo Legion. The trade-off: MSI cooling is more aggressive but louder under load (45–50 dB at full fan), and MSI keyboard quality is slightly behind Asus on travel and tactile feedback. For pure FPS / 1% lows in AAA gaming, MSI wins. For balance between gaming, daily portability, build quality, and quieter operation, Asus ROG Zephyrus is the better pick. MSI battery life is also typically 30–45 minutes shorter unplugged than equivalent Asus. Both brands fully serviced at our Hafeez Center workbench. We stock RTX 30-series MSI gaming laptops from Rs. 130,000–215,000 depending on spec. WhatsApp 0314 4000131.
Are older Lenovo ThinkPad models (T420, X220, T440) still worth buying?
Yes for a very specific buyer — yes if you value the legendary classic ThinkPad keyboard (7-row layout, older models), full repairability, and absurdly cheap parts ecosystem. X220 and X230 still command a cult following globally; we sell tested units at Rs. 18,000–28,000 with refreshed thermal paste, new keyboard if needed, and SSD upgrade. T440, T450, T460 are the modern interim — 6-row chiclet keyboard, FHD IPS screens, dual battery support on T460/T470. These run Windows 11 surprisingly well after an SSD upgrade and 16 GB RAM swap (Rs. 25,000–40,000 used). They're slower than modern i5/i7 for compilation-heavy work, but for writing, coding, browsing, email, and lecture notes they're indestructible — these laptops were built for 7-year corporate contracts. If you need raw performance, skip these; if you want a tank that lasts another 5 years with parts always available at Hafeez Center, perfect. WhatsApp 0314 4000131.
How do Dell XPS laptops compare to MacBook Pro for design work in Pakistan?
Dell XPS 13/15/17 (2018 onwards) is the closest Windows alternative to MacBook Pro for design, photography, and video work — InfinityEdge near-bezelless display, Sharp 4K OLED options on XPS 15, factory-calibrated colour accuracy (Delta E < 2 on 4K panels), aluminium-carbon-fibre build, premium keyboard and trackpad. Versus MacBook Pro, XPS wins on: x86 software compatibility (legacy plugins, niche design tools), repairability (RAM and SSD removable on XPS 15 and 17), price (Rs. 30,000–60,000 cheaper used for equivalent spec). MacBook Pro wins on: battery life (M1/M2/M3 Pro silicon is 2–3x more efficient than Intel XPS), thermal design (XPS 15 with i9 throttles aggressively, MacBook Pro maintains sustained performance), display ProMotion 120 Hz on M1 Pro+, macOS Final Cut and Logic Pro ecosystem. Pick based on your software stack and budget. We stock both — WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your daily software list and we'll recommend.
Repair specifics
Chip-level vs board swap, data recovery rates, original vs aftermarket screens.
What's the difference between chip-level and board-level repair, and which do you do?
Both, and the difference matters for your wallet and your laptop. Board-level repair (also called board-swap) means replacing the entire motherboard with a working one sourced from a donor laptop or new old stock — fast (1–3 days), straightforward, but expensive because the whole board costs Rs. 25,000–95,000 depending on model. Chip-level repair means diagnosing the exact failed component on the motherboard (BGA solder ball, power IC, USB controller, GPU chip, embedded controller) and reflowing or replacing JUST that chip — slower (2–5 days), requires specialised hot-air rework station and stencil-level soldering skill, but typically Rs. 6,500–18,500 versus Rs. 35,000+ for a board swap. At Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, our senior engineers do chip-level repair on Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Intel-based MacBook boards with a roughly 80% success rate. For Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) boards we attempt chip-level but recommend board swap due to lower yields. Free diagnosis tells you which makes sense.
Can you recover data from a dead SSD or only from HDDs?
Both, but the success rates and prices differ sharply. HDD recovery: spinning-platter hard drives that have a mechanical or controller failure are recoverable in our shop with roughly 85–90% data recovery rate. Pricing Rs. 4,500–18,500 depending on damage and capacity, turnaround 1–4 working days. SSD recovery is harder — modern NVMe and SATA SSDs have wear-leveled flash with encrypted controllers. If the controller fails but the NAND flash chips are intact, we can sometimes desolder and read the flash directly using a Rs. 12,000–25,000 controller-bypass procedure with 50–65% success. If the NAND itself is electrically dead (rare but possible after lightning surge or extended overheating), recovery is impossible at any price worldwide. We diagnose free, give you a realistic success probability before you commit, and charge nothing if recovery fails on the no-recovery-no-fee tier. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with photos of the dead drive and the symptoms.
Do you replace MacBook screens with original Apple parts or aftermarket?
We offer both, and clearly disclose which you're paying for. Original Apple display assemblies (entire lid with screen + camera + hinge + cable) are sourced through Apple-authorised resellers in Dubai and Singapore via grey import — they cost roughly 30–45% more than aftermarket but deliver true colour accuracy, original brightness (500-nit on Retina, 1000+ nit on XDR), and full True Tone / Night Shift / Wide Colour P3 support. Aftermarket displays match the resolution and basic colour gamut but may differ in peak brightness (typically 380–420 nit), colour accuracy (Delta E 3–4 vs Apple's <2), and don't always support True Tone. Pricing: MacBook Air 13" original Rs. 38,500–48,500, aftermarket Rs. 25,500–32,500. MacBook Pro 14" original Rs. 65,500–85,500, aftermarket Rs. 42,500–55,500. We recommend original for design and photo work; aftermarket is fine for general use. Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore — WhatsApp 0314 4000131 for current options.
How long does a motherboard repair take, and what's the failure rate?
Average chip-level motherboard repair at our workbench takes 2–5 working days depending on the fault: simple power IC reflow finishes same-day or next-day; complex multi-chip GPU or BGA-reball jobs need 4–5 days including thermal cycling tests before we hand the laptop back. Across 2024 and 2025 our chip-level motherboard repair first-attempt success rate is around 80% — meaning 4 out of 5 boards we repair are working stably 30 days later. The other 20% either return for a second attempt (we don't charge again for the same fault under our 30-day workmanship warranty) or end up being unrepairable, in which case we refund the labour and recommend a board swap or a different unit. For complex modern boards (Apple Silicon, latest Intel Arc, Surface) success rates drop to 55–65%, which we communicate upfront. Free diagnosis at Shop 66A, Hafeez Center. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with the symptoms (no power, no display, USB not working, etc.) for an initial estimate.
If my laptop won't turn on, do you charge a diagnostic fee?
No — diagnosis is always free at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore for any laptop, any brand, any condition. Walk in or courier the laptop to us; our engineers run a 20-minute initial diagnosis (power test, voltage check on key rails, temperature reading from RTC chip, basic POST diagnostic) and tell you within the same day what's wrong and what the fixed-quote repair cost would be. If you don't want to proceed at the quoted price, we hand the laptop back at zero charge. The only paid step is the repair itself, which only starts after you've explicitly approved on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 or in person. We do not charge a "opening fee" or "inspection fee" the way some Lahore repair shops do — we believe that's predatory. For courier-in diagnoses from other cities, you only pay the return courier if you decide not to proceed; if you do proceed we cover return shipping under the repair quote.
Do you buy completely dead laptops for parts, and how much do you pay?
Yes — we buy completely dead laptops as parts donors at 10–25% of their working market value. Common dead-laptop offers: motherboard burnt or shorted (we still pay for the screen, keyboard, palmrest, hinges, charging port, RAM, SSD, battery if any of these are recoverable); water-damaged laptops (same — most have salvageable mechanical parts even when electronics are dead); accident-dropped laptops with cracked screens (keyboard, motherboard, battery still useful); BIOS-locked laptops where unlock is uneconomical (we strip for parts after verifying provenance). What we do NOT buy: stolen laptops (we cross-check serials against FIA and lost-device databases), counterfeit hardware, or laptops with no identifiable model. For a typical Dell Latitude 7490 with a dead motherboard but intact screen, keyboard, and chassis we'd pay Rs. 12,000–18,000 (versus Rs. 65,000 working). WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with photos and the symptoms — quote within 30 minutes.
Can you fix a laptop that was damaged by chai or water spill?
Yes — liquid damage is one of our most common repairs and the fix rate is high IF you bring the laptop in fast. The protocol matters: the moment liquid hits the keyboard, power off immediately (hold the power button 10 seconds), unplug the charger, remove the battery if it's removable, flip the laptop upside down to drain, and bring it to us within 24 hours. Do NOT turn it on to "check if it still works" — that's how short circuits kill motherboards. At Shop 66A, Hafeez Center, we do full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of the motherboard in a 99.9% IPA bath, careful drying, individual component testing, and reassembly. Success rates: clean water 90%, tea/coffee 75% (sugar conducts), Coke/Sprite 55–65% (acidic), juice 50–60%. Pricing Rs. 4,500–18,500 depending on extent. Free diagnosis tells you in advance whether it's recoverable. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 — the faster you message, the higher the recovery rate.
Trade-in & sell-to-us flow
Valuation method, cracked screens, accessories needed, iPhone/iPad trade.
How do you value my old laptop for trade-in?
Trade-in valuation uses the same formula as our outright buy-back, then we add a 5–12% trade-in bonus when you're using the value toward a newer laptop from our stock. The base valuation considers: brand and model (Dell/HP/Lenovo business class holds value better than consumer plastic; MacBook holds best), generation and CPU (newer = more), RAM and SSD capacity, screen condition, battery health (a battery under 70% knocks 10–18% off), cosmetic grade (A/B/C, our same grading scale), and current Pakistani used market demand for that exact model. We benchmark daily against OLX listings, Daraz pre-owned, and our own sold-history — so the offer is calibrated to what your laptop would actually sell for in the next 30 days, not a low-ball wholesale price. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with 4–5 clear photos and your laptop's specs (RAM, SSD, screen size, age, battery health). Initial offer within 30 minutes; final confirmation after we physically inspect.
Will you buy a laptop with a cracked screen?
Yes — we buy laptops with cracked screens regularly, at a fair discount that reflects the screen replacement cost on our side. Typical reduction: subtract the cost of replacing that specific screen (Rs. 8,500–55,000 depending on model) from the laptop's working market value, then subtract another 8–12% to cover our labour and risk. For example, a Dell Latitude 7490 in otherwise good condition with a cracked FHD screen: working value Rs. 65,000, minus Rs. 11,500 screen replacement, minus 10% handling = roughly Rs. 47,000 offer. We also accept laptops with shattered displays where the LCD still functions but the touch glass is broken (common on convertibles), bleeding pixels, vertical lines, or backlight failure — all are screen-replacement-only issues and we calculate the same way. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with a clear photo of the damage and the laptop's specs for a precise quote within 30 minutes during shop hours.
Do I need the original box and accessories to sell my laptop?
No — original box and accessories are nice-to-have but not required. A laptop with original box, manual, recovery USB, brand stickers, and an unused first-party charger fetches a 2–5% premium because it appeals to collectors and buyers who value the "complete unboxing" experience for resale. But for our standard valuation, we only need the laptop itself + a working charger (yours or compatible). Missing the original charger reduces the offer by Rs. 1,500–4,500 to cover us supplying a replacement when we resell. Missing the box, paperwork, and other accessories does not reduce the offer at all. What DOES reduce the offer significantly: missing keys on the keyboard, missing SSD or HDD, missing RAM, removed battery, defaced or scratched-off serial numbers. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with what you have and the laptop's specs — we'll quote against whatever configuration you actually have.
Can I trade in iPhone, iPad, or other electronics along with my laptop?
Yes — we buy iPhones, iPads, and selected Apple Watch models in addition to laptops, and we combine multiple devices into a single trade-in offer when you're upgrading to a laptop from our stock. Devices we currently accept: iPhone (any model from iPhone 8 onwards, unlocked or carrier-locked with documentation), iPad (Air, Pro, Mini from 2017 onwards), Apple Watch (Series 5 and newer), AirPods (Pro and Max, in working condition with original case). We do NOT accept: Android phones (out of our specialisation; better-priced at dedicated phone shops on the 1st and 2nd floor of Hafeez Center), e-readers, smart watches from non-Apple brands. Trade-in valuation for Apple devices is competitive — typically 65–78% of OLX market rate, slightly below for the convenience of one-transaction settlement and the trade-up bonus. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with photos and serial numbers of all devices.
Can I sell multiple laptops at once, like from an office upgrade?
Absolutely — and bulk seller deals get better per-unit pricing than individual sales. We've bought entire office IT fleets (5 to 80 laptops at a time) from corporate upgrades since 2017. The process: WhatsApp 0314 4000131 or email Info.n.n.laptop@gmail.com with a CSV or list including each laptop's brand, model, year, RAM, SSD, screen size, and rough cosmetic condition. We respond within 4 working hours during shop days with a sheet-by-sheet quote per laptop, plus a bulk premium (typically 5–12% above per-unit individual prices because we save on negotiation overhead). For 10+ laptops in Lahore we send a team to your office to inventory, test, and pack on-site. For other Pakistani cities we arrange a TCS or Leopards bulk pickup, or one of our team flies in for 20+ unit fleets. Payment is staged: 40% on inspection, 60% within 24 hours of full receipt and testing.
Bulk & corporate
NTN invoice, 20+ unit supply, leasing for startups, education bulk.
Do you offer corporate quotation with NTN invoice?
Yes — we issue full GST-compliant tax invoices under our registered business name (N.N Laptop Traderz) with our NTN and STRN numbers, ready for your company's accounting and FBR filing. Standard turnaround for a formal quote: 4 working hours after you WhatsApp the specifications, quantities, and your company NTN to 0314 4000131. Alternatively, email Info.n.n.laptop@gmail.com with the same details for a written quote with full specifications, delivery timeline, payment terms (we accept 30-day credit for established corporate accounts with prior orders), and warranty terms. We work regularly with software houses, schools, NGOs, real estate companies, and several Pakistani government departments. For Sindh Revenue Board, KPK Revenue Authority, and Punjab Revenue Authority sales-tax-exempt entities we issue zero-rated invoices upon receipt of your exemption certificate. References and a quote within one working day — WhatsApp 0314 4000131.
Can you supply 20+ laptops for a Karachi office?
Yes — we supply matched-configuration fleets of 20, 30, 50, 100+ laptops to offices in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and other Pakistani cities regularly. The process: tell us on WhatsApp 0314 4000131 your specifications (CPU tier, RAM, SSD, screen size, brand preference) and quantity. Within 6 working hours we confirm whether we have matched stock in hand (we typically do for popular business configurations like ThinkPad T480 / Dell Latitude 7490 / HP EliteBook 840 G5) or whether we need 5–10 working days to assemble the fleet through our buy-back network. Bulk discounts: 20+ units 10%, 30+ units 12%, 50+ units 15%, 100+ units negotiated separately. Delivery to your Karachi office via insured TCS or Leopards freight, or our team flies in for installation if you prefer hand-delivery and setup. Full GST invoice, 15-day check warranty on every unit, dedicated account manager for warranty and post-sale support.
Do you have a leasing or rental option for startups?
Yes — we offer 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month laptop lease options for verified Pakistani startups, software houses, and freelance teams who want to deploy laptops without immediate capital outlay. Indicative monthly rates (May 2026): a business-class i5 laptop with 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD leases at Rs. 4,500–6,500/month on a 12-month term, including the 15-day check warranty period and any covered repairs during the lease. Security deposit of 50% of laptop value, fully refundable on lease completion with the laptop returned in expected condition. At lease end you can return the laptop, renew, or purchase at a reduced buy-out price (around 40–50% of fresh used price). Leasing works well for early-stage teams scaling from 5 to 30 employees, accelerator-funded startups with 18-month runways, and ad-hoc project teams. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your team size, configuration needs, and term preference.
Do you supply laptops to schools, colleges, or universities for student labs?
Yes — education-sector bulk is one of our specialities. We've supplied IT lab fleets to a number of Pakistani schools, intermediate colleges, and university departments over the past 9 years, ranging from 15-laptop computer labs in O-level schools to 80-laptop labs in private universities. Education-sector pricing: standard bulk tiers (5+ 7%, 10+ 10%, 25+ 12%, 50+ 15%) PLUS an additional 3–5% education discount on top, for a net 15–20% below market on a 50-unit fleet. We also offer a 30-day on-site warranty extension at your campus (in Lahore free; outside Lahore at cost of one technician site visit) for the first month of deployment. For school IT labs we recommend used Dell Latitude / HP EliteBook 6th-7th gen — durable, repairable, parts ecosystem readily available in Hafeez Center. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 with your institution name, lab size, and intended use cases for a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Can you handle government tenders and PPRA-compliant procurement?
Yes for tenders within our reasonable supply capacity (5 to 200 laptops in one tranche), and we have prior experience with PPRA-compliant supply documentation. We register against open tenders on PPRA, e-procurement portals, and direct departmental RFQs. What we provide: PPRA-compliant supplier documentation (NTN, STRN, FBR active taxpayer list status, business registration, bank certificate, prior supply references), full GST tax invoices, after-sale technical support contract for the duration specified in the tender, and matched-configuration fleet delivery to the tender-specified destination anywhere in Pakistan. We are NOT registered with the federal Public Sector Development Programme as a primary contractor — for tenders requiring that specific status, we typically supply through a registered prime contractor. Honest about our limits — we won't bid on tenders we can't deliver. WhatsApp 0314 4000131 or email Info.n.n.laptop@gmail.com with the tender document.
