The story of NN Laptops at Hafeez Center.
Hafeez Center on Gulberg III is the laptop heart of Pakistan. Spread across six floors with hundreds of independent shops, it is where Lahore — and a substantial share of the rest of the country — has bought, sold and repaired computer hardware since the late 1990s. Walk in on a weekday afternoon and you will see students from LUMS, UMT and PU comparing ThinkPads side by side, freelancers from Gulberg cafés haggling on used MacBooks, corporate purchase managers buying in fives and tens, and Hafeez Center's own community of technicians moving between shops with screwdriver pouches. Our shop — Shop 66A on the 3rd floor — has been here since 2017. Eight years and 5,000+ laptops later, we know which models age well in Pakistani conditions, which BGA boards reflow successfully and which simply will not, and which keyboard part numbers cross-reference between Dell Latitude and Inspiron lines. We do not run a flashy storefront; we run a working repair bench with stock cabinets behind glass and a small testing counter where customers can run their own pen-drive boot tests before paying.
