Is this trade-in quote actually binding?
Yes — when you click 'Lock in this offer' we mint a 7-day quote reference and honour the displayed value, provided the laptop matches the spec you described (RAM, storage, GPU, battery health, cosmetic grade). If the workshop check finds a difference (a 16 GB stick that's actually 8 GB, a battery report below the claimed health) we re-quote on the spot and you decide whether to proceed. How accurate is the estimate compared to what I'll actually receive?
The calculator is calibrated against the actual buy-back prices our workshop at Hafeez Center has paid out across hundreds of trade-ins. Bring any original accessories you ticked in the form (charger, box, receipt, extra battery, case) — those are how you claim the accessories bonus. Wipe the OS or remove your data before drop-off if possible; if not, our tech will run DBAN / secure-erase in front of you. For out-of-city sellers (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, anywhere) we arrange paid courier pickup via TCS or Leopards — just confirm your address when you submit the quote.
