What affects your offer
- •Battery cycle count from System Report > Power — under 300 cycles is Grade A, 300-500 is standard, above 500 typically means battery service in the Rs. 8,000-15,000 range
- •Activation Lock / Find My Mac status — must be signed out before quote; a locked MacBook cannot be bought at any price
- •Screen condition — any pressure mark, backlight bleed, dead pixel, coating wear (Apple's staingate), or crack drops the grade

How do you calculate the quote for my MacBook?
Current local wholesale rate for that exact model, condition grade from your photos, battery cycle count, storage size, accessories included, and any remaining AppleCare. The quote is a range because final grade is confirmed in physical inspection.
My MacBook is locked to my Apple ID — will you still buy it?
No. A MacBook with Activation Lock or Find My Mac active cannot be reset or resold — Apple's T2/Apple Silicon security lock cannot be bypassed by any legitimate buyer. You must sign out of iCloud and disable Find My before we can quote.
Do you buy MacBooks with cracked screens?
Yes. A cracked MacBook screen is expensive to replace (Rs. 45,000-95,000 depending on model for genuine Apple parts), so the quote drops sharply — typically to parts-salvage value. We still make an offer because the logic board, casing and keyboard have resale value.
I don't have the original MagSafe or USB-C charger — does that matter?
Missing genuine Apple charger deducts Rs. 3,000-6,000 (MagSafe 3 and 96W USB-C are expensive to replace). A working third-party USB-C PD charger is treated as neutral.
My MacBook got water damage or won't turn on — will you still take it?
Yes, at parts-only pricing — typically Rs. 15,000-45,000 depending on model because Apple parts (screen, top case, battery) have strong salvage value. We do not repair-and-resell water-damaged units; we part them out.
My AppleCare has expired — does that hurt the offer?
For older Intel MacBooks and 2020 M1 units the market doesn't price warranty in. For M2 (2022), M3 (2024) and MacBook Pro M1 Pro/Max onwards, active AppleCare+ adds Rs. 10,000-20,000, but its absence doesn't kill the deal.
