Government Queen Mary Graduate College (QMC) is a public, autonomous women's college in Lahore. Wikipedia says it was founded in 1908, renamed in 1911 and became a degree-granting college in 1966. The University of the Punjab lists it as an affiliated college with associate degree programmes in arts and science, and BS (Hons.) subjects such as Economics, Applied Psychology and Communication Studies.

Most of these programmes need only a reliable, light laptop. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS for psychology and economics, and online journals are the main software. A battery that lasts a full day matters more than raw speed.
