Is a powerful laptop needed for medical studies?

No. MBBS work is mostly reading, slides, video and MCQ practice. A light business laptop with an SSD and 8GB RAM is enough. Save money for a good bag and charger.

Ask for the battery health result and check it on the day. A laptop that lasts through a full lecture block is more useful than a faster one that dies by noon. We test battery health before sale.
