Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer warranty on used laptops?
Yes. Every used laptop comes with a 15-day check warranty. If any hardware issue surfaces within 15 days, we repair or replace at no cost.
Can I inspect the laptop before buying?
Absolutely. Visit us at Shop 66A, 3rd Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. We encourage physical inspection — that is why we are in Hafeez Center.
Do you deliver to other cities in Pakistan?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Lahore delivery is Rs. 250, Punjab Rs. 450, rest of Pakistan Rs. 650. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days outside Lahore.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (most popular), Bank Transfer, and in-person cash at the shop. We do not currently accept credit-card or PayPal.
Can I trade in my old laptop for a new one?
Yes — we buy working and non-working laptops. WhatsApp photos + specs to 0314 4000131 and we will quote a trade-in value within 10 minutes.
Do you repair liquid-damaged laptops?
Yes. We perform motherboard-level chip repair, liquid damage recovery, and data recovery from dead drives. Diagnosis is free.
Are the parts you sell genuine?
We stock a mix of original and high-quality compatible parts — clearly labelled on each listing. New parts carry a 30-day warranty.
