Warranty on used laptops

All used laptops come with a 15-day check warranty. If any hardware issue appears within 15 days of purchase, we will repair or replace at no cost. Warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical damage, or software/user-induced issues.

Warranty on parts

Used parts carry a 7-day check warranty. New parts carry a 1-month warranty.

Returns & exchanges

Laptops and parts may be returned within the warranty period in original condition. Cash refunds require the item to be physically returned to Shop 66A; for remote customers, refund is processed via bank transfer within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice — the price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery within Lahore is usually next-day; other cities 2-4 business days. Local pickup at Shop 66A is free.
